Stayed here last Tuesday Night. The room was spacious and clean and the beds comfy. I was worried about stairs for my elderly parents but it turned out to be just 4 steps, a small landing, then 4 more again so they managed them easily....More
We ordered four roast dinners - two beef and two turkey and ham. Very bland. All the veg were from the freezer. Meat probably too. Very pricey for roast dinner and yes, Dublin prices. Staff not responsive when I communicated My dissatisfaction to them.

Stayed here while travelling from Donegal to Galway, wish I hadn't, staff unpleasant to say the least, unhelpful, didn't seem to know anything I asked, definitely no friendliness about this tacky bar and very basic rooms, customer care course required!
