I’ve enjoyed the monthly selection of cheese from the dingle littke cheese shop over lockdown. I’ve had four different selections and enjoyed cheese zoom nights with friends working through the incredible cheeses, crackers and chutney.
The shop is delightful too - note it’s not open every day - the space is compact but it feels like you are in an Aladins cave of amazing local products (cheese / salt / mustards/ honey / chorizo etc ) together with an elegant wine selection.
A fantastic offering online and instore.
Wishing them every success.

Professional and friendly people who love cooking and preparing real food that is fresh, creative, colourful and wonderfully tasty.
This cafe and cheese shop is hidden on a side street called Goose Island in Tralee. Co Kerry.
Their choice of cheeses are unique and plentiful and taste divine. Great sourdough bread and a surprising soup each day
Excellent coffees and turmic almond milk lattes. Genuine homemade cakes with good quality chocolate.
Go and ENJOY In joy

I read about this place prior to going to Dingle and figured it would be a good place to go to get the fixings for sandwiches. We bought bread next door at Baccus and then picked up several cheeses and meats at The Little Cheese Shop. They also had a few fillings such a marinated tomatoes, olive tapenade, and pickled onions that we also bought. The shop worker let us sample some of the cheeses and she was very friendly. Just ask them to slice what you need if you want it for a sandwiches. We ate the sandwiches on our Slea Drive in Dingle.

Small shop with great cheese! Owner was a bit business like not as friendly almost seemed annoyed with us which always makes me laugh when you are in business to deal with the public in a very touristy area.

This is a nice little walk off the Main Street up a hill and into a little lane. It beckons one to enter with it's interesting window. Displays are very well done of cheeses, chocolates and more. You could make a nice little picnic lunch from this place. But ask permission to take a photo or you may be chastised.

Stopped in today to get done cheese for a dinner party. Very helpful woman insisted I sample 9–10 cheese. Brought several that were delicious. Heading back tomorrow for more.

My only regret was not getting there a bit earlier the day before..... I could have made a killing vacuum sealing my next dinner party ( they vpcan do it overnight). If you are not sure where this is, just walk straight up the hill away from the docks and keep looking right. The milk vats outside the shop mark the spot. The shop is small, but packs a punch. Sheep milk Gouda, buffalo mozzarella, a my favorite - a little goat cheese which made me forget ham existed! (2.50€ Or so. Can't find the quality for less than 8 back home. Try a bit of everything with a few strawberries and a piece of bread. You need nothing else (well, maybe wine).

This little shop is filled with so many different cheeses and things to pair with cheese. I was able to sample several different kinds and the lady working there explained a bit about the different items I was tasting. It was a great experience and as I continued my travels throughout Ireland, I kept trying to find another cheesemonger like this one to enjoy!

I was wondering if this shop is open on New Year’s Day (Jan 1, 2020)?
Thanks.
