We bought a few items from Brian de Staic Jewellery when we visited Dingle in 2019. We fell in love with his designs and being able to personalise pieces made them all that more meaningful. A must go if you visit Dingle!

Lovely store with a magnificent range of jewellery. However, not being regular jewellery buyers, we were lead to believe that the ring we purchased (which had to be remade, as the size was not stock standard, and then posted OS) was diamonds and emeralds - small though they may have been. Turns out that, when we received the valuation for insurance purposes (which we had to request by email after the ring arrived with no accompanying documentation, except further flyers for other items available for purchase), we find that in reality they are cubic zirconium. Put it down to our naivety - "caveat emptor". So, beautiful jewellery but ASK and CLARIFY to avoid (minor) disappointment. Still happy with the quality of the ring and hopefully, value appraisal here at home will match what we paid (or thereabouts).

Thank you for your review. I’m so happy you are happy with the quality of the ring you purchased. We have a computerised system for ticketing and pricing every piece we make. Your ring would have a description clearly stating the stones in the ring. I’m sorry you thought you bought emerald and diamonds. When you looked at the price tag it stated the stones used.Sorry you were a little disappointed. Enjoy your beautiful ring.

Cliff of Moher guided tour by Brian O’Reilly Meeting Brian is to fall in love with Ireland. We had the most amazing day at the cost and we can’t wait to go back. The places he showed us, the history he shared. We had the most wonderful time enjoying the most beautiful landscape while listening to Brian singing typical songs in the car for us. Brian is a the sweetest man, full of knowledge who will make your trip an extraordinary experience that you will never forget.

They use only Irish silver and gold to make unique pieces based on Celtic art, history and traditions. One of their specialties is Ogham jewelry that can be personalized. "Ogham" comes from Oghma, the Celtic god of elocution. Ogham is a linear script and the first known written language of Celtic Ireland, dating back to the 4th century AD. The Dingle peninsula has the most Ogham stone carvings in the world. This jeweler will personalize any of their pieces with Ogham characters, and they are wonderfully unique.
