The Kenmare Lace Shop has some interesting examples of historical lace. The shop is closed from 12-2 so plan your trip accordingly. There is no entry fee. However there is a box for donations. It’s a quick stop; maybe less than 1/2 hour.

Kenmare Lace is located above the Visitor's Center. The practice of making lace requires patience and great care. Nora Finnegan has passed this art down to her daughters, and they are skilled, informative and delightful. You can watch them work on demonstration pieces of lace.
