Eat your fish 🐟🐠

Yes it's, you go fishing and the restaurant will cook it for you. The restaurant has its own lake where they raise different type of fish ( river fish ), you and family can go fishing and the restaurant will do the rest for you. Anyway, It's not necessary that you go fishing although it's fun for kinds to enjoy fishing.

The restaurant is specialized in cooking their own fish from the lake and they do have meat and chicken. I highly recommend their fish.

The restaurant is in small town called Schwendt near by Kitzbuhel in Austria.

Nice people and big smile.

Fantastic Family Fishing!

For a long time now the kids have wanted to try out fishing, and the barrier has always been sorting out equipment, licences and so on.
While staying near this place we checked and the friendly staff told us that we could just arrive empty-handed and try fishing.
This was exactly how it worked in practice too, we drove up, rented equipment, and a member of staff helped the kids with how to fish for around 25 minutes (even getting a different bait for them when he noticed that the nearby successful fishermen were using that bait). The staff helped us all along the way and within 2 hours we had hauled in 8 trout.

They also have services to prepare the fish on the spot, and I believe you can even eat your own very fresh fish in the cafe there minutes after catching it!

The water was crystal clear, and there was a cracking view to the snow capped Wilder Kaiser mountain peaks as a backdrop to all our photos of smiling kids holding their fish.

This place was super friendly, and gave our kids a memory that will likely stay with them for life.
