The Iskcon Temple in North Sydney is one of the best I've been too. The temple is small and intimate and has a lovely community feel as you see a lot of regulars (particularly preceding the Sunday Feast which starts at 6.00pm every Sunday). The feast is a great place to have a good vegetarian meal (by donation) and catch... More

visited 2 weeks ago over the weekend, was quite crowded due to a festival going on but people were still able to sit and join in the prayer sessions and seek blessings. Friendly staff or volunteers around.Located opposite a bus stop and very near main roads and is convenient to reach.

A quiet temple in North Sydney. Very basic inexpensive vegetarian food that public can purchase and dine in on Sunday night. Something different.

Went around 7 pm and saw the Aarti done by the priest. All the people followed the dress code and participated in the aarti. best positive feeling. & $5 for the yummy home made (Garlic and onion free) food including sweet dish is the best in the town.

Look, it is surprising once you leave your shoes at the door, just how many business suits are inside eating at the cafeteria in the evenings. It's under $10 for beautiful, home-cooked vegetarian food. I do highly recommend it, but do leave your shoes out front.

If you are looking for a different cultural experience or intrigued about hare krishna movement you should visit this place. Though on a busy road once you enter the temple its very calm and peaceful. Everyone in the temple is very helpful and never make you feel like a stranger. Immerse yourself in bhajan and let go of all inhibitions... More

An absolutely beautiful glimpse into Indian culture. The inside of the temple is gorgeously carved. They have delicious food, too, though I'm not sure of the timings. The meals are served on a donation basis with no fixed charge.

The Hare Krishna centre in North Sydney is a place where one can get to no about the reality of the world. The culture of this place is of freindliness and one learns about what is true freindship. This centre holds sessions of Bhagawad Gita which is among the topmost documents of mankind and culture, it teaches us basically how... More
