This is my more than just another brewpub. W.I. makes some truly great brews. I did not get to sample enough of their wares but what I did try was exceptional. We went in the late afternoon and the atmosphere was wonderful especially on the patio. They played some great old blues and rock at just the right loudness to carry on a conversation. The staff is great and the appetizers we tried were also excellent. It does get crowded, noisier and a good deal livelier in the evenings when the college crowd arrives. It can be quite a wait to get in on the weekends.
This joint is a must do for any beer aficionados or anyone looking to enjoy a great place while visiting Grenada. Highly recommended.

Visited Grenada for ten days and made three trips to the brewery.
Very impressed with the establishment and I tried numerous beers brewed on the premises, each of which was excellent. Beers were more towards "real ale" than lager. The premises were nicely presented with the brewing facility in the background to the bar. Staff were very helpful, providing great knowledge and advice on the beers as well as samples. The seating area is mostly shaded and there is a pool table. Basic "pub" style food is served. I sampled the burger which was very decent.
They have "themed" nights, and I was delighted to see a salsa dancing night "break out" in front of me. Some great local dancers, but I stuck to the beer!
If you generally like a pub environment, you will love this place.

I am not a beer drinker but went here with family and friends who are. My sister and her BF are beer aficionados so they made friends with the owner and brought beers from Texas for him and the staff to try. They were so appreciative and treated us very well.
As I said I do not drink beer so I tried a few of the ciders. The watermelon cider is AMAZING!!! The fact they made it on-site made it even better. The food is truly top notch and very tasty but it can take a while for it to come out.
Make sure to spray yourself as it is mostly open so the mosquitoes 🦟 are real and voracious!!

The brewery is THE place to drink good craft beers in Grenada and enjoy some nice pub food. The only question is when?
If you crave a quiet drink then any day but leave before dark. If you want salsa dancing Thursday evenings, if you want to shout to your neighbour and be with a gazillion American students listening to loud rock, Friday through Sunday evenings.
So it caters for all - just different times.

We came here for pre dinner beers 4 times in our ten day stay . Some great craft beers / ales on , in varying styles and strengths. Our favourite was Mosaic . Would love to see a really pale, hop forward beer being brewed here , but not complaining !! We enjoy chatting over a beer so around 5-7pm was good for us . Gets busier later tho, with loud music on weekend evenings .

A Great find, I spotted this online before our visit to Grenada,
My husband likes real beer, the choice he had was brilliant, as a non beer drinker they had a wonderful white wine and cocktails, the rum punch was to die for, just be warned.
We walked up from Grand Anise it took about 40 minutes, then got a taxi back. The food was great value. We would definitely visit again when we return to Grenada.
The staff were really helpful.

The best night out!! We went on a Thursday night not knowing it was salsa night. It was fantastic, electric atmosphere with lots of dancing and of course great beer.
Nice to get out of our resort and experience some local culture. Highly recommend.

From the first day we met Albert this would be the place we went to each day while in Grenada.
Albert, is one of the many friendly bartenders that work this brewery.
The selection of beer is amazing.
My best is ginger beer/ginger cider. I drank that all weekend. There is music and dancing at nights. There is also food on site. I love this place, thank you Albert hope to take that trip to hog island.
See you next time. They accept credit cards as well.

Very well designed and executed, this is a lovely relaxed place to visit. I don’t drink beer though they have been recommended to me but I have had the lovely ciders the produce. The micro brewery is clearly visible at the back of stylish, large, airy room. Highly recommended.

After 2 years of drinking mediocre Caribbean lagers (Carib and Stag) it was refreshing to walk into this place and order a locally crafted porter or Belgian style beer. Not much of an IPA fan but I tried theirs anyway. Not so hoppy as to blow my head off, it was actually quite nice. They have ABV levels from 3% to 7.9%, so something for every taste. Also have 4-5 ciders. Not my style, but for cider lovers, there you go. Live music sometimes. Local crowd. We arrived in Grenada by sailboat and it was good to socialize with locals in a casual setting.

We will be staying at Kalinago at Morne Rouge. What is the best way to get to you for early evening drinks and food? Is a bus available or is our only option a taxi? Thank you xx

There is a local bus (number one) which runs from the supermarket in grand anse (a 10 minute walk from the resort). The bus trip will only be a few minutes (or you could walk it - 10 minutes again) then about a 25 minute walk down Lance Aux Epines. It’s doable if you don’t mind walking a bit - also it does get dark quite quickly in the evenings so we’d advise a taxi back!

Will you be airing the Super Bowl on Feb. 4th? How far are you from Grenadian Rex resort? What is the best/safest form of transportation from there to your brewery at night? Thank you!

Is it alright to bring luggage along? We are hoping to stop in and grab a bite and beer before a flight.

I don't think there would be any objections - it's a pretty laid back place with plenty of space inside and out :)

How far from the cruise port?
Alice H
St georges Grenada5 contributions
The Brewery is about a 15 minute drive from the cruise terminal, there will be a lot of taxis just outside the port that would be able to bring you to us. However, if you are stuck on time, and would just like to try the beer itself, the restaurant Sails (a five minute walk from the port) carries our bottle range as well as draught.
