*real SPA ritual makes you healthier and gives you deep relaxation.

昨年の年末に伺いました。tripadvisorを見て、前日にメールし、予約。
ビリニュス市内のホテルからUberみたいなもので、20分弱。
ウィスキングマスターのおじさんが熱、蒸気、香り、水、空気を上手に操って癒してくれます。こちらの口コミにもありましたが、心地のいい蒸気の中、ヴィヒタを枕にして、ハーブの匂いを思いっきり嗅ぎながら、塩と蜂蜜のマッサージ。合間にハーブティを飲んでぐったりしたり、マスターの娘さん（兼通訳）をおしゃべりしたり。暑い時は池の中にドボンするスタイルですが、この日は雪が積もっていましたが、雪の中で素っ裸でいると、気持ちが浄化していくようでした。
２人で160ユーロ（2万円ほど）、こんな経験、日本じゃ絶対できない。ほんと行って良かった。おすすめです♪ちなみに現在、カード支払いができます。

It's really countryside Lithuania already even though its only 20 min from Vilnius city center. Our host was very skilled in his trade and gave us an unforgettable experience. A true local tradition. We felt like new people afterwards.
He didn't speak any English, though solved this smart by inviting a translator for our group.

Wonderfull place for relaxation

Aridas pirtis (sauna) is absolutely different in what you usually expect to find, starting with the first step you come in - place atmosphere, cosines, warmth and finally - totally different steam you would expect. Even those who have own saunas are coming here to spend really good time with the Master Aridas and enjoy the pleasures of The sauna.

Hot steam and proffesional whisking will blow your mind off

If you want my advice about the most memorable experience from Lithuania - for sure this is visiting Lithuanian PIRTIS (finns call it SAUNA). The absolutely best way to experience it is to reserve a private visit to one of the very few traditional pirtis available.
When we visited Arido pirtis we were 6 of us. Pirtis master Aridas met us with hot lemon tea and proposed that we immediately go the hot steam.
You will remember first entering into hot pirtis forever. The smell of juniper, birch and slight aroma of the smoke that is left after heating enwraps you in the soft blanket of mild steam that is coming from a special handmade sauna oven.
Master Aridas knows all secrets of pleasing your body and soul. He uses ancient art of whisking in sauna. First he just touches your skin with gentle birch whisk. Then he uses oak to warm your muscles and maple to wave the hot steam on you.
Ir is difficult to remember all that has happened with us there, but for sure that procedure had made us 100% happy.
