Visit to revolution house on garla day, good historic building, well maintained, with the cock and magpie next door for food and drink. Took 11 year old for a bit of a history lesson.

Just small and tucked away but has a very interesting history especially locally. Very friendly guides happy to talk about the house. Well maintained and small exhibition upstairs

Only cottage-sized and not open on weekdays, this little museum gives an interesting insight into the way the Glorious Rebellion was instigated.

Very interesting historical place.Every so often, they have historical re-enactments,such as civil war time or 2nd world war time.I saw an authentic Scottish highlander once who explained life as a highlander.

Very educational and enlightening. Local history brought alive. We pass this little gem regularly but well worth stopping and learning more about our special history.
