This place is full of character and soul, with very friendly staff and service. This would get a 5-star review if only it served some Belgian trappist ales such as Pauwel Kwak or Chimay - especially with it being called the Flemish Weaver!

Popped in to this delightful country pub today looking for a bite to eat. Unfortunately (for us) they do not do food on Monday or Tuesday but if I had read the signs outside I would have known that!. Absolutely loved the look and the ambience of this place, it makes such a lovely change from all of the generic... More

We drove to Corsham just to have a look, and popped in here for a lunchtime drink as it looked so welcoming. What a lovely surprise! We liked it sooo much we went back for dinner. The management have created a great atmosphere, good Gunness and lovely food. It is cosy, clean and very friendly. The live music in the... More

Now under new management so met friends there for a drink. Wow, the place is great - good variety of beers, full of clutter and character. Black pudding and wedges handed out from the bar. The menu looks very good and reasonable. Will be back for a meal soon.

Having been in a rapid downhill spiral for the past 3 years or so it's fantastic that the Flemish Weaver now has new and dedicated management. The place is now a joy to visit, though the decor is just a bit too cluttered and busy, but it's a whole other world from the bare and sterile past. The new management... More

Visited Corsham recently and dropped in to here by chance and was very impressed with it as the ambiance and atmosphere was so relaxed and friendly but more importantly the beer selection was very good andit tasted very good too. The guys behind the bar knew their stuff and kept a good cellar, every pint pulled mattered to them and... More

The Flemish Weaver in Corsham's High Street has changed hands, and the new people have already introduced a new menu. As others have said, it offers good inexpensive food in a pleasant atmosphere, and there are always a couple of good ales available on draught. We wish them all the best for the future.

Save your money, food was awful. Dirty glasses never again. Plate was filled with very unappetising chips and dried up fish with a wilted salad. They say support your local eateries but this one is an embarrassment.

You get what you pay for. Good lunch time menu and always people in the bar eating. Pub food at a reasonable price and good range of beers.
