We visited here as part of a coach trip, what a find! The history of the house and Harry was rather poignant and very interesting. I could have spent all day in the house there were so many lovely pictures, paintings and things to see and read. The gardens were absolutely beautiful and we didn't have time to visit all... More

Have been several times over the last year but nothing was as spectacular then Autumn time. Full of colour and really beautiful when the sun is out. I would definitely recommend this is a place to go.

The initial views of the gardens from the Bristol High Cross, looking past the palladian bridge and over the lake are memorable. We took the high path originally, walking through the woodland with the lake on our... More
