Ann and Ernie are wonderful hosts and have a wealth of information about the area that they are happy to share. Ann is also a pretty good weather predictor and Ernie cooks a delicious breakfast!! We were there during an unusually cold spell of weather and didn’t care at all. Ernie’s suggestions for navigating the usual stops were helpful and those for off the beaten track sights were charming. We’re very tempted to return to do one of Ernie’s walking tours! Our room was spacious, beautifully clean and I loved the linens.

This is the second time our walking group has stayed at Water's Edge. Ernie and Ann are the perfect hosts. Lovely accommodation and superb walks organised for us by Ernie. A perfect introduction to this area for anyone who hasn't visited before.

My family and I stayed here the night before my graduation. Harry’s shack is a stroll away as is the herring pool where we had a swim. Fantastic hospitality, out standing views, location unbeatable and Ernie and Ann are the perfect hosts! We will definitely be back and I highly recommend a visit!

This is about the 8th time we have stayed with Ernie and Ann. We always bring a group of hikers and this time there were 12 of us in total. As usual everything worked like a charm. Our hosts could not do enough for us and we all went home vowing to come back again. The Causeway Coast is spectacular and our accommodation very comfortable. Ernie puts up a great breakfast!

My friend and I stayed with Ernie and Ann at the Waters Edge Bed and Breakfast for three days and did a two-day walking tour of the Causeway Coast. Everything we could wish for in a bed and breakfast was provided, and then some! Ernie and Ann and lovely, kind people who went out of their way at every opportunity to make sure we had a truly wonderful experience. Their home is lovely, clean and comfortable with a magnificent view over the sea. Our room was cozy and super clean with comfortable beds made up with lovely white cotton bed linen. Breakfast, prepared with love, was both continental and cooked. Whatever we wanted was there! It's by far the best bed and breakfast experience I have had in all of my travels. Ernie, an expert on the local causeway coast trails, took us to the beginning of our daily walk in the morning and after we had finished , several hours later, he picked us up at a pre-arranged location. It could not have been easier for us! On our arrival, Ernie picked us up at the train station and dropped us off when we left. All done with a smile! Ann is a delightful woman who would seem to have an infinity for taking care of people. They gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat within easy walking distance from their home. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast and Ernie's expertise for anyone wishing to explore the beautiful Causeway Coast of Northern Ireland. Thank you so much Ann and Ernie...... I will be back!
