I had a wonderful time on my flight with Heart of England Balloons. The flight was excellent from start to finish, the pilot and crew were very professional and the champagne served in crystal glasses was a superb touch.
I have read a review complaining they cancelled on a flyable day, but I'd rather they cancel if they don't deem the conditions to be safe, after all they are the experts and they know what they are doing!

The weather and the wind totally control when and where you fly. But with Heart of England they will cancel your flight when all their competitors are up there giving the clients what they have paid for.
