Great place for good machines and amusement and enjoyment cheap machines highly recommend would go again.

we went up to portrush for the weekend as my friend had got engaged and my friends and I thought we would try out the bingo,this was in august 2019 as a fun night out as my grandmother recommended it to me a few weeks ago . when we got there the welsh guy had a craic gave us books etc and we sat playing pongo slots for a while,then one of my friends asked the bearded guy a question about when bingo books will start and he was really very rude towards her answered her quite abruptly,so what started as a great night just got worse,we found he was calling the numbers didn't catch his name but he just got worse as night went on and as for the young dark haired girl helping him with change etc she was as bad as him for rudeness ,really thought she was someone loved herself . ,I really have to credit the floor staff as the dark haired guy calling slots was super nice and young girl on floor who had change for slots with dirty fair hair was lovely but the way these two in top box reacted when asked for help from floor staff was unbelievable,bearded guy you need a lesson in manners big time, if it wasn't for your customers you wouldn't have a job ,sorry he just maddened me and as for the boss the big welsh guy he ignored what was going on right in front of him,this bingo hall was my grandmother's favourite place to go when dear old Bob ran it ,it was brilliant and atmosphere was excellent then as she told us and such a nice guy Bob was and he would be turning in his grave with the way it is run today. so Phil's I would suggest you retrain your staff or lose your customers in near future because that is not good management at all.
