This place is beautiful.

This place is not signposted and is a hidden gem of a place which we found, thanks to Tripadvisor, earlier this evening.
The road is quite steep and windy down to the harbour but well worth the short trip down.
There is a layby for about 6/7 cars and a turning point too.
The sandy beach is attractive and when the tide is out,it is possible to walk to the nearby white bay beach.
This is a lovely harbour and a peaceful place.
Worth a visit.

Cute little harbour
Aug 2020
Just bear in mind that there are not many places to park, and the access is quite steep. Nice cosy little beach and some nice cottages to relax.

Ideal Retreat
Dec 2018
I spent Christmas with my family here this year and it was an ideal retreat for us. Total quiet and stunning views across Whitepark Bay to Rathlin. Eventhough we live by the sea this little spot takes retreat and calm to another level and the light at this time of year in the early mornings is gorgeous. There are a variety of walks, surfing, places to eat and adventures to be had with Bushmills and Ballycastle close at hand for supplies.

Lovely Harbour

The windy road down to Portbradden is rewarded with beautiful sea views over Whitepark Bay, you could sit there for hours.

Nice Harbour
May 2017 • Couples
This place was recommended to us by locals as a good stop. We made the winding drive down to it and walked around for about an hour. There's really nothing to do other than walk and look at the ocean. The houses are quaint but nothing to hold your attention for more than five minutes. The harbor is nice to but not a must see attraction in my opinion.

Gorgeous!

I saw this in my rear view mirror as I was driving along the coast and had to turn around and get a better look at it because I thought it was a mirage. It was a fantastic sight - little multi-colored cottages at the base of the cliff overlooking a breathtaking harbor. Wow. Definitely a spot I'll re-visit on my next trip (which, at this rate, will be the fourth year in a row).

Stunning Little Coastal Harbour
Jun 2017 • Couples
It is very easy to miss the sign off the main road to this stunning little Harbour, it is a very narrow steep road down with very limited parking when you get there but well worth a hour of your time for the photo opportunity's alone in this stunning little coastal hamlet, a real natural gem.

I wrote about this beautiful stunning place. Before. Telling you about the small church. Unfortunately it now is no longer there it is now being built for someone to live in.
But still a beautiful place.

Bug walk from Ballintoy to Dunseverick
Nov 2016 • Couples
Portbradden harbour is a lovely wee place of a few houses, there's a place to park, I didn't see any toilets or picnic tables, if you want to get down to the rocks it's over a stile and very slippery. We walked around the rocks crom white park bay which was pretty dangerous even at low tide, and passed through portbadden on round to dunseverick. It's a very slippery coastal path. If you have the right foot wear and clothes it's very rewarding. Lots of seals and birds and very few humans.
