Fountain Fine Art is a commercial fine art gallery with premises in both Cardiff and Llandeilo. The gallery represents 45 leading painters, sculptors and printmakers and specialises in contemporary Welsh art. Our gallery in Llandeilo was established in 1989 and has 80sqm of exhibition space arranged over two floors. Our Cardiff gallery opened in 2012 and has 60sqm of exhibition space situated within Cardiff’s chic Morgan Arcade. Both galleries hold a continuous program of exhibitions from solo to mixed group shows. At any one time the gallery holds over 200 works and this stock may be viewed at either gallery on request. To complement our two galleries we also have an excellent fully up-to-date e-commerce website and web presence on both Facebook and Twitter social media sites.

This gallery/antique furniture shop is an interesting mix of the two. Most of the pictures are on the first floor, and it is a good space. The antique furniture is mostly on the ground floor, with a few pictures nestled among them. Personally I liked the slightly strange juxtaposition of the two, but it might not be to everyone's taste.... More

This is a really interesting gallery, with many antiques but be wary. The goods on display are usually not good value (over priced) and, in my experience, not always what they are purported to be. I am a carpenter with over 50 years experience and have been told by the proprietor things about some of the furniture that, seems to... More

Visited the gallery in 2014. Love the new look and the glorious mix of fine art and antiques.Met the artist Andrew Douglas - Forbes who provided invaluable information on both the art and antiques enabling us to buy with confidence.Very happy with our investment. Will be back very soon.

Fountain fine art has long been one of wales premier galleries situated in the beautiful market town of Llandeilo nestled mid way down the Towy valley, showcasing an impressive stable of artists, covering a diverse media and subject, Recent development for the gallery has been the introduction of fine Welsh antiques which rather than distracting from the artwork seems to... Thanks for your kind words. We know the new look hasn't been to everyone's liking but we feel that as a shop, it has a far wider appeal and is maybe less intimidating to those that might never have felt comfortable browsing around a conventional gallery. See you again soon! More

Situated on the Main Street, there is no safe parking nearby because of the width of the road and the large vehicles using it until the long awaited bypass is built. A short walk from the pay and display car park via a pedestrian arcade will take you to this gallery, featuring many local artists, sculptors etc.

Thanks Helen. We agree that a by-pass would certainly help this destination town but as you say, we're only a hop, skip and a jump from the car park. See you again soon. :-) More

This used to be a really great Art Gallery which consistently showed local artists to advantage at reasonable prices. More recently it has retreated to the upstairs floor with just a few pieces downstairs. Unfortunately the rest if the ground floor is full of antiques and not only is it difficult to move around them, but it detracts from any... More

Excellent, diverse selection of welsh art at its best. Loved Sarah Hopkins' work. Will be back to purchase in the new year.

I have bought several paintings over the years. The gallery has always been relaxed and without pressure. Access to the collector plan was also useful. I am regularly informed of shows and exhibitions. Good luck with the Cardiff gallery.
