our experience at the Peterbourough Chase restaurant on sunday1st march,firstly we were put near the tote betting station which later turned out to be horrendouus with people standing by the side of our table queueing,making it quite awkward trying to chat,also the cutlery was stained and had to wipe it ourselves,and the most unforgivable thing was all our Roast Beef main meals turned up cold and had to be sent back. We was celebrating my birthday and expected and paid for a premier experience,which we sadly never got,we visited the same restaurant last year and had a superb tiime ,i sent glowing reviews online including trip advisor,we feel badly let down and didnt get VFM I sent this off to air my greivence about my time here and after 3 weeks still didnt get a reply,i sent another off and to be fair was answered within 2 hours by James Wilcox who somehow managed to get in touch with everyone involved and to basically say i was lying about the food being sent back as they have a system that notes and goes into a book of all such matters,which it wasnt ,so someone is not doing their job correctly,also when people leave they set their table with cutlery for the next meeting which could be upto 4 weeks time,not hygeinic sitting there that long im sure The manageress even come up to apologise and our server was the starters son,which if they said it didnt happen im very saddened by,either was James Wilcox has fobbed me off,im far from inpressed…

Had an interesting days racing. Forget Cheltenham with its hand sanitisers for protection against Coronavirus and the rest of the world taking every precaution, this establishment cannot even supply hot water in the gents W.C areas to wash your hands. Totally unbelievable at this time and very disappointing.…

Really enjoyable day at a very friendly venue. Every member of staff I spoke to was spot on. Easy to get a drink and food at reasonable prices. Also free parking and easy access. Not a massive crowd due to the weather but a good atmosphere. The so called ‘big tracks’ could learn a thing or two from Huntingdon. Will come again and will recommend. …
