booked here in September to come with my 15 month old daughter and parents in law to have a wee family day. After spending 70 odd quid for this experience I feel sick! The venue is quite nice to be fair, but the 30 seconds with santa..no photo..crappy gift was poor. The free tiny mulled wine is a joke from... More

We then were brought down as a family and into see Santa, who was lovely, even though he hadn't really remembered what the... More

This place is outstanding! Driving up,using or sat nav, admist the darkness of the mountains there it lies, like a big shiny beacon! Place is lit like a Christmas Tree! Christmas music plays softy in the background and a shiver ran through me. Magical. We go to a beautiful Christmas cafe, get tea,hot choc and buns before we are called... More

We went to see Santa's cottage with my boys when they were small. My grandson is now 2 and we couldn't wait to take him. What a disappointment. We paid £66 for the trip and when I booked it I told everyone it was worth every penny but I was wrong. The show is good but my goodness Santa is... More

Heard people rave about this experience. So many people praised it that I thought it was a must do. However, I don't really see what the fuss was about. It is expensive but that was clear when booking. Booked the tickets online in July 2015 for a December 2015 visit When asked to complete a form about the child's age... More
