We did a day trip to hellfire pass, the bridges and museums from Bangkok. It was an early start but the driver was on time and thoughtful with water and toilet stops. Our guide was informative and made sure we knew what was planned for the day. She switched things around a bit so we did the main walking in the 'cool' of the morning. We had enough time at the places we visited and fitted in the extra museum I had requested. The drive home hit Bangkok at a very busy time but our driver did his best to get us through the traffic and avoided almost all the gridlocked roads. I would definitely recommend them.

We were trying to decide whether to take a tour or just rent some motorbikes and go exploring on our own (which is what we usually prefer to do), but we only had a few days and figured we would probably see more with a tour. We found out about this company because we were staying at the Good Times Resort, and we are so glad we took a tour with Good Times! Honestly, Ricky is really the perfect guide – Knowledgeable, charming, funny, and excellent at managing a group, which is important if you are going to fit in a lot of things. It was clear from the outset that he was personally committed to everyone having a really great experience, and he did not disappoint. Our particular itinerary took in Hellfire Pass, Sai Yok waterfall, a ride in a beautiful old carriage on the railway, Krasae cave, a welcome soak at Hin Dad Hot Spring, and lunch. We loved every minute of it. We are looking forward to returning to Kanchanaburi, and we will not hesitate to take any of the other tours Ricky might be leading. Absolutely recommended, 10 out of 10!

Well worth going on 1 day tour. The pick up from the hotel was punctual and the minibus was comfortable. Nana was our guide, was very friendly, knowledgeable and responsible person. She tried to meet everyone’s request. We learnt a lot from her. She did a great job managing the whole group. Overall a really great tour to spend the day. Good value for money would recommend and moreover if you can enjoy Nana´s kindness and professionalism. Thanks Nana for this amazing experience!

A huge thank you to Good Times Travel, Kanchanaburi for recommending a beautiful experience with elephants. Feeding, spending time in mud and swimming with the elephants. Fantastic family experience we will not forget. #noridingelephants #elephantfeeding #elephantbathing, #loveofelephants

What a great experience!
We have seen so much. The waterfalls are amazing and the day in Ayutthaya was very special, but also the other places we have seen are worth a visit
Hotels were very good, the food that was arranged was great.
Special thanks to our guide and driver for these 3 days, it was perfect!

We had an enjoyable time with this tour. Our tour guide "NANA" was really the best. She speaks good english and she really entertained us and help us take photos. We were truly satisfied to book this tour though i had my doubts in the beginning but they did a good job. We really enjoyed ourselved. Nana not only was a guide but she was more of a fren. She helped us carry our things and explain to us all the way where we are, where we going, what to do. It was indeed a pleasure having her as our guide and everything went smoothly. We didn't miss any of the itinerary as planned. i strongly advise if you are going Kanchanaburi, please book this tour group and ask for Nana specifically. The price is reasonable as well.
Below was my itinerary and the driver was really on the dot to pick us up! Special tour for the 4 of us was simply awesome! We enjoyed each and every step of the tour. Thank you Nana!

We have a day tour to Kanchanaburi from Bangkok on 27 Dec 14 to Erawan Falls, elephant riding and bamboo rafting and also train ride.
our tour guide, Anna is very patience to us especially we are quite a short temple persons. She is really professional in this and build a very harmony atmosphere throughout the tour. She never forget to explain to us all the history of each designation we have been. She has a super good service during the lunch. She always ensure that we are well served during lunch. We appreciate the best is when we are taking the train ride, she spent all her effort walking up and down the train when we are not together to ensure that we never miss the best view of the place.
The Driver is fantastic and friendly, he is not late arriving to our hotel in the morning at 6am. I assumed he must be there even before 6am and I would guessed he must have left his home even earlier. He is willing to drive us to Chinatown when we request that after the trip. He is more than willing to accommodate our request. The travelling journey on the road is about 3 hours to province and back to Bangkok and he has made our journey very peaceful and smooth in order for us to rest well on the road. Our family really sleep well and did not feel uncomfortable during so many hours of drive.

It was the worst service I have ever received.
We took a taxi to the temple tigers by Good Times Travel, their taxi arrived and after a few minutes took us another taxi.
The driver constantly demanded money, on the way back from the temple site has collected more passengers would earn more money and huddled in the back.
After we paid the driver, he took us another taxi was full and I had to stand during the trip.
The driver asked for more money even forced me to stand up during the ride to the hotel.
I took the driver's license and will pass it on to who will travel with the crook

The day started perfectly, visited beautiful waterfalls, then going to the Hell Fire pass museum to pay tribute to the fallen soldiers of WW2. The day seemed perfect until arrive at the point to seeing the elephants. I asked not to ride the elephant and I was harassed into riding them against my will. Immediately the 'trainer' began abusing the elephant, yelling at it an pulling it's ear. I felt sick, almost from the beginning I felt the animals pain as it cried. I refused to go any further only minutes into the ride. I jumped off and noticed the animal crying. This was deeply upsetting and a heartbreaking experience. On further inspection the animal had all the hallmarks of what is known as a 'broken' and abused animal. I would not recommend this tour as it encourages and funds animal abuse. But hey, maybe that's your thing. Rather id suggest paying the extra money and going to the elephant sanctuary where the elephants are treat with respect and care, no harnesses or abuse in sight.

We booked this for three people and all found it fantastic and excellent value for money. We were picked up in a comfortable, air conditioned mini van from our hotel (note, we were not sure whether we could take our backpacks with us so left most of our stuff in storage - we could have brought them and left them in the van) by our tour guide and driver. They took us to see some great sites over the next few days including a floating market, elephant camp, the Kanchanaburi national park and Erawan waterfall (my fave bit) and the Wats of Ayutthaya. Throughout our guide gave us plently of useful information and answered questions, but she also let us wander off and do our own thing as well. We were fed A LOT of excellent Thai food and given plenty of water as it was really hot! Both nights' accommodation were also great - the Kasem Island Resort was set in stunning surroundings (River Kwai and mountains) and was very quiet - the perfect place to relax. Baan Tebpitak the next night was also very comfortable and served a delicious breakfast. I'd would definitely recommend taking this tour or another with the company - I am sure we will again when we are next in Thailand.
