Great place for the kiddies
Feb 2020 • Family
Visited here on half term with my three children (3,5,7) and my sister and her little one (3). We had a great time, it wasn't too busy. We ended up staying for 4 hrs!
The staff were super helpful and the tables were cleaned.
We'll visit again

Cute little place

It’s unique selling point is the outside grounds concrete for little cars and a massive grass area. £2.50 on a Tuesday. I think our older kids 8/9 are too old for here but they still had a fab time. Definitely more aimed at under 5

Was asked to leave for feeding 8mth old baby food not bought there.
Apr 2019 • Family
Im still in shock over what happened. My husband and 2 kids went to Busy Bees today and bought lunch in the restaurant for all of us except for my 8mth old baby, I brought a couple of pooches he likes for him. When we were eating our lunch, one of the staff members marched up to us (no exaggeration) to tell us to put the babies lunch box away and we were not permitted to bring any food to Busy Bees if it wasn’t purchased there. I said it was for the baby only. She then said the reason is due to food allergies and particles of our outside food could become air borne (yes you have read this correctly) and that would put other children at risk. I put the lunch box in my sons nappy bag and continued our lunch. I was feeding my baby a pooch that he especially likes when the same member of staff marched down to our table again and started to shout at us and used the phrases ‘I won’t say this again’ ‘you will be asked to leave’ - I was so shocked as this was over me feeding my 8mth old baby. I argued with her and she marched off saying I will have to deal with the owner - so threatening me. Everyone in the restaurant was shocked. She marched again down to our table with a phone saying the owner wants a word with you. I told her I’m not speaking to anyone on the phone, they can come speak to me face to face.

She went on again about allergies etc and it was clear it was all a fabricated excuse to sell their own food. I completely understand where a business needs to make profits and has to try and stop customers from bringing in meals for their kids, but picking on parents, publicly shaming them, asking them to leave the premises because they brought their own food for their 8mth old baby is absurd and a disgrace.

Busy Bees sack this manager before she ruins your business! She treated us like hooligans and had zero appreciation for customer service or respect:

Won’t be going there again!

Perfect in term time for my under 5
Mar 2018 • Family
We went here for the first time and my little one really enjoyed it. As it was term time all the children were under 5, so had the freedom to go into all areas. I think if she couldn’t have gone in the 5-12 area, my 4 year old wouldn’t have enjoyed it so much.

The food was great - made to order. I didn’t see any fresh cakes though! We will definitely go back in term time while she’s still under 5.

Small but clean
Jan 2018 • Family
This was our first visit - we were three families each with 2 year olds and babies. We all dread soft play a bit as it can be a bit of a sticky/germy experience but we found the areas to all be very clean!

The admission fees are very reasonable - compared to what we pay in Canterbury it was cheaper and our friends from London also commented how reasonable it was. Partly though we felt this was fair as the soft play area isn’t huge. It is perfect for our toddlers but we felt for older children there wouldn’t be as much to entertain them. The Under 5 area is very basic and none of our 2 year olds wanted to play in it - they all wanted to go in the 5-12 area. I think the under 5 area is more suitable for much smaller children. The main area is excellent though and as the age restrictions are not enforced then you can just pick the area most suitable for your child.

The food and drink options were very reasonable and much cheaper than what we usually have to pay. The £3.50 meal deal is excellent and all of our meals were good. All the cake had run out though!

Overall we had a great visit. It is quite a small soft play centre but being clean m makes it preferable to some of the larger ones!

Lovely place with plenty of parking. The under 2's soft play was great and everything was nice and clean. The cafe area was lovely and also served food pouches for younger babies as well which is also handy. Really friendly staff, will definitely be back.

Fabulous!

I've discovered the soft play only a few months ago but, I must say I'm impressed!
It's clean and fresh and exceeds expectations of a mere soft play. It runs many activities and clubs.
The cafe serves delicious hot or cold food, there were no concerns about allergies as it is all taken care of so you can have lunch without worries.
I highly recommend that you pop in and treat not just your children but, mums too.

Great place for mums and babies
Jan 2017 • Family
Went to Buzy Bees today with a group of friends with children ranging from 5 months to 4 years. There was something for everyone.

Easy enough to keep an eye on the older more mobile children from wherever you are and great that there are a baby, toddler and child sections. Friendly staff, clean and good freshly cooked food. Reasonably priced too.

Only two toilets, both with baby change but when it is busy I see potential for little people to have an accident due to waiting.

All in all pleased with the visit we had and will return.
