An interesting and informative tour by someone who knows his stuff and is obviously skilled at his job. Nice tasting session to finish off with, and of course a few purchases at the shop.

We’ve been local to Derbyshire all our lives but didn’t even realise this distillery existed until this week! Partaking in the tour revealed that the guys and girls at White Peak are valuing local traditions whilst being unafraid to take their venture in their own...More

What a wonderful hidden gem! Having visited whiskey distilleries before this has to be our favourite. Steeped in local history, the tour gives great background of the building, surrounding area & of course the art of distilling. The tasting introduces you to their superb gins...More

The hubby likes his beer and brewing, so we have visited FOUR breweries in the past two weeks. Today, he treated me to a distillery tour and gun tasting at White Peak. He enjoyed all of the distillery bits too (with his brewing interest) and...More

We had a fantastic time looking around White Peak Distillery and seeing the whiskey making process by distiller Dave. This is my second time visiting as I had visited with family previously and just had to bring my husband so he could experience too! You...More

We already knew about the product: excellent, locally-produced gins - highly recommended. To see behind the scenes, though, was fascinating. We were given an excellent tour of the distillery by Dave, who gave a very clear description of every stage of the whisky and gin...More

Visited White Peak last weekend whilst on holiday - great couple of hours with knowledgeable guides. They had no problem with answering slightly offbeat questions (I now know more about HMRC and their requirements for distilling alcohol than I ever did!) & loved the fact...More

Many thanks for your review on your tasting tour with us and for making us part of your holiday, and hoping you're enjoying the gins back home. Pleased you found out something new about distillery regulation!

Really interesting, well worth a visit. Shown around by Shaun who was so knowledgable about the whole process then taste testing the gins, smelling all the individual elements that go into them etc. All in all a great way to spend a few hours.

Really enjoyed our tour of the Distillery. Dave was great taking us through each step of the process of whiskey and gin making. Great gin tasting afterwards, looking forward to the whiskey tasting in the future!
