We booked No. 7 Cooking Academy & Catering for an important charity event in December 2023. The service we received was exceptional from beginning to end. The food was delicious, and all our dietary requirements were expertly catered for. Dennis made the entire set up process absolutely seamless and was a huge help on the day.

Our wedding day was an amazing experience at the Focolare Centre, Welwyn Garden City. No.7 Cooking Academy and Catering provided excellent service and made the whole event a special day to remember. Thank you. Pauline & James

We had a course with Dennis at the weekend. This was the Lamb Tagine/Mediterannean course.
During the course we cooked or helped to cook 6 different courses. These were all excellent and well explained by Dennis.
What gives the course a bit extra are all the little tips that Dennis introduces throughout the course, for example, chopping techniques and making (and sampling) limoncello.
All in all I would recommend the course totally and look forward to doing another one soon.

I planned a day with my mum at the No.7 cooking course. We were both looking forward to the day.
When it came to the week we were due to the course my mum was really sick. I called in advance and let the cooking school know and asked if we could move the date but they were unhelpful.
We lost all our money. Such a shame :(

Spent a happy few hours in the company of other enthusiastic and friendly wanna be fish cooks. To work under the watchful eye of such an experienced professional chef was a privelage.We learnt so much in a short time and also got to eat what we had prepared. The experience was thoroughly good and I will not hesitate to return.

This was a fun and informative experience, with enough interaction to get everyone involved but balanced so that nobody felt embarrassed or put on the spot. Lots of tasting and an enjoyable meal to share at the end. Would definitely book to do a further course

A massive thank you to the No 7 catering team for their great work in providing hot tasty food to hundreds of hungry young rugby players recently. From the get go, Juliette, Dennis and their team provided a professional, friendly, flexible and totally reliable service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for caterers.

My second time at No.7 Cooking Academy as i enjoyed the first so much, and once again it was a fantastic experience. You are put straight at ease upon arrival in such a lovely relaxed atmosphere. This was the Italian course, and we covered numerous techniques & dishes, with a lot of trying yourself. The Chef (Dennis) has so much knowledge & experience there is something in the class for all abilities. Drinks throughout and a lovely meal at the end really rounds it off. The cookery almost comes second to having a great time! Highly recommended to anyone interested in cooking.

Spending time with Dennis is hugely entertaining and learning to cook is a bonus. From the minute you arrive you feel like you are with old and dear friends. Of course, one of Juliette's cocktails quickly gets you in the mood. Dennis makes everything easy to understand and you will definitely leave feeling more confident, with a couple of new dishes to try out at home. We chose to have a lesson followed by a meal cooked by Dennis, which included some of the elements we had learned. The food was delicious and would rival any Michelin starred restaurant. The bonus being you are eating in a private space and have learned something about the preparation of the food you are eating.
Dennis has also cooked for us at home, demonstrating creativity, incredible taste combinations and presentation that has never been experienced in our home before!
We would wholeheartedly recommend No 7 Cooking Academy.

Lovely afternoon at No-7. Dennis is a wonderful teacher. Learnt loads and picked up lots of tips. Definitely would come back and try another course. Really good idea as a present for someone, purchased a course for my father-in-law who thoroughly enjoyed his day too!
