Lovely woodland area that seems popular with dog walkers. It's situated close to residential areas, so a convenient little gem to get to and parking is free and easy, but the environment can feel a million miles away once there. Great for a wander and...More

A small wooded area with plenty of walks covering an old gravel working. Lovely hornbeam and oak trees popular with dog walkers and families with young children. Free car park and plenty of information boards and marked paths. Cycling is also allowed on the bridleways.

We’ve been picking berries. It’s such a lovely time of the year with all the trees and bushes showing off their autumn colours!

Great, natural playground for kids, families, horse riders and mountain bikers. Tranquil surroundings with varied terrain. Fantastic for dog walkers and well worth a visit. Hard to believe that is so close to town living.

The Heath is well maintained and signposted with plenty of shade and walking tracks. The nearby motorway is somewhat noisy.
