HIGHLY RECOMMEND i did my power boat level 2 this weekend and absolutely loved it , with sam's help it looked so easy to do but actually was hard but with Sam there helping us it was easy , thanks to Sam for making it all fun , highly recommend for people to get out on the water with west wales wind , surf and sail

We hired 3 double kayaks and 2 standup paddle boards for our group (3 adults and 5 children from ages 7-13) and everyone enjoyed it. None of us have done much water sports before but it was pretty easy to explore the cove. It was a wet day but very sheltered and calm in the water and we didn't feel cold at all in wetsuits. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and we were pleasantly surprised to find showers in the changing room... Bonus! Would definitely recommend even on a grey wet day!

Highly recommend! We did our L2 sailing cert here over 2 days and it was a fantastic experience. Centre is very well equipped and very experienced and friendly instructors who adapted the course for us. Meg our instructor was a very good teacher. She came in the boat with us the first day while we revised our tacking and built up some confidence, then the next day we went out solo in Toppers - wayhay! Enormous fun and we learned a huge amount very quickly. Felt very confident and safe through it all. Bonus of great scenery and a good cafe next door. They also hire kayaks and windsurfboards etc and supply any wetsuits and gear you need.

This is a great place! The staff are so helpful whether you can sail or not, whether you just want to take a boat out or have some tuition or join a group in the summer months - can't recommend them enough - the sailing in the harbour is good too and excellent for kids, they are visible all the time with rescue to hand if required. There are canoes and windsurfing too so well worth a visit at a very reasonable price.

Had to come back to the lovely bay of Dale to take my 2 teenage daughters out sailing on one of West Coast Watersports’ Wayfarer dinghies. The rates are very reasonable as long as you are competent then dinghy hire is ok. Our sail was perfect as weather was fantastic with a few gentle gusts to liven the trip round the bay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Cafe next door for good food and drinks. Recommended

We visited West Wales Sailing on Tues 28th Aug 2018 to see if our son could take part in some kind of water sport. We had not booked but were pleasantly surprised to be told that our son could go kayaking for the afternoon. The staff were very approachable and also very professional with regards to safety and equipment. We would recommend anyone to go there, as the service was first class!!! Thank you from Tony, Elana and Nathan Williams. 😀

Friendly and competent staff. A range of craft from Toppers to Wayfarers and SUPs, canoes and kayaks too.
Around £20 an hour for a new Fusion dinghy provided a good hour of solo sailing with a fresh breeze on a summers morning.
You do need to prove you can sail if you're dry hiring, so take a RYA logbook or similar (?)

We hired a dingy for 2 hours and thoroughly enjoyed it. The bay is beautiful and we had great conditions. Everything in working order and no problems with the boat, would use them again ⛵

The team give as much help as you need to hire the right equipment but also checking your competence and safety. Rates are quite reasonably priced. It might be necessary to wait if staff are giving tuition to others but I found them very helpful if you are patient. The location is a sailing haven sheltered from westerly waves but the wind may therefore be offshore. A great place for getting out on the water while on holiday in Pembrokeshire.
