One of the best beach of the north perhaps the best beach of the north of the Philippines,This place is secluded, pure powdery white sand with long stretch of the beach. This location has the potential for wedding venues and occasional celebrations of families! We will be back soon!

Boracay of the north? Nah... overrated, looks nice in pictures and exaggerated blogs, but the sand is more like sandy, not fine at all. Color is off white, not white like they make it appear. Yes, water is clear but grassy underneath and shallow on midday summer it is difficult to swim. 400 peso entrance gives you access to a public bathroom? Far from paradise, feels more like a public beach in Cavite, although we went on holy week where there are literally truckloads of people. Yes, people in droves sitting on their living room sofa loaded onto the back of six wheeled open trucks! Even next door Nangaramoan beach spells chaos. Overall, probably good for a side trip if you are in Tuguegarao or Cagayan (road is relatively good), but not worth a 650km trip from Manila. Oh, about the casino hotel few kilometers away, it's not really open to public, only for some exclusive Chinese groups, like some mafia kind of thing. The guard denies it's a casino even if it clearly states otherwise on its facade.

Beautiful, Clear blue waters. But what's perfect when we visited was the rainbow complementing the beach and the sea.

Pros - Amazing view and shoreline, rooms were air-conditioned and with sufficient sockets Cons - there was a lot of insects (just apply some repellant), there was an instance where in due to a lot of guests water ran out, the CR doors won't lock (needs to be repaired), boat schedule is quite unpredictable due to the weather during the time of our visit
