Overall our trip to San Sebastián was enjoyable. Gabriel our tour guide was full of information regarding the Mexican history and any information you want to know about Puerto Vallarta. Felix was an awesome driver! Both were very entertaining and attentive.

Our guide was good, he started the history lesson with the Aztecs and finished with the Revolution of 1917. It was fun to sit in the bus and see P.V.'s outskirts, plus the hillsides as we ascended. The Tequila Patron was great, a wonderful lesson in making that liquor. The coffee plantation was nothing special--just a place to buy beans... More

Gabriel knew how to get our bus load of strangers talking to each other! And he was so interesting in his Mexican knowledge!

This day trip was a highlight of our trip this year. On the way to San Sebastian, you'll see beautiful scenery of the Sierra Madre Mountains. We heard about the silver mining, and the old mule trails leading down out of the mountains which until 9 years ago were the only way to get in before the bridge was built.... More

Great bus tour from puerto vallarta to San Sebastian. Stops at a tequila hacienda, coffee plantation and final destination being the old town of San Sebastian. Erick was the tour guide and was informative and funny.

Wow what can I say. This received 5 stars and I spent 6 years on ships and have done many tours in various countries. Our guide Gustavo was fantastic, he was kind, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. The other tours were jealous and it showed. The hotel is beautiful and the food on this tour was fantastic. The tequila distillery and... More

My fiancé and I just took this tour last week with Gustavo. At first we were concerned that it would be a little slow and for a more "mature" crowd, however we had an amazing time! Gustavo is incredibly knowledgable about the area. We learned about everything from the ancient aztec legends, to facts about the local ecosystem, and even... More

When you travel to San Sebastian, you'll be going through some of the most beautiful scenery of the Sierra Madre Mountains. Your guide will tell you all about the silver mining, and will gladly show you the old mule trails leading down out of the mountains. When you enter San Sebastian, the cobblestone streets, the wonderful old buildings, the beautiful... More

The day trip offered by Hacienda Matel to San Sebastian del Oeste was by far one of the best ever taken by this couple who have got 20 years of international travel experience. Gustavo is a great guide. He knows his topics, history and the people. He provides a virtual non-stop narrative in both Spanish and English. The meal provided... More
