going down from the medioeval town of Montechiaro on your left on the top of the hill you can spot a romanic church with a towerbell.the church lays alone in the middle of the fields, the all area looks unchanged over the past millenium. The church was built almost 1000years ago with local materials like sand stones and red bricks. These materials were used to make the typical red and white stripes look. From the little parking next to the road a path takes you up to the church in less than five minutes, from the top there is a great view on the valley. it s well worth to spend one hour here
