What a great site to see and gain knowledge about Winnie. Childhood memories come back to life at this spot. Remembering all the stories of our childhood about Pooh Bear, Eyor and the rest of the gang. Memories of things like this keep a bit...More

This was only meant as a quick stop. With that said, I was surprised at how underwhelming the site is. The Winnie the Pooh statue is cute and the flowers add to its attractive display. Next to the statue is a sign about the yearly...More

From Winnipeg, this location provides a great historic background to the now, Disney character that is named after Winnipeg. Great photo op for the family and kids.

I was driving across Canada on my own in September 2017, and stopped at this charming if underwhelming roadside attraction. If I had had the kids with me, it likely would have been a more memorable stop.

Winnie came from here and was taken to London in 1914 by a Canadian soldier. The town makes the most of its celebrity. Fun and why not?
