Some sculptures were recognisable and some were more abstract. The scale of some made the work involved quite impressive. All modern and all pink granite but certainly worth 20 minutes or so of your time. Very tidy park. No litter or graffiti.

We were staying nearby and passed an idle 20 minutes here. Some of the sculptures are amusing and all are quirky. A great little picnic spot.

Came upon this by chance and enjoyed half an hour or so admiring the work of the sculptors who had shaped and carved the local pink granite into a variety of interesting exhibits. Footpaths are flat and surfaced so the site is wheelchair friendly and has free car parking and toilets. Personally I wouldn't go out of my way to visit unless this is your thing but if you are passing worth a short stop.…
