Nice experience but should have been more flow of waterfall
Nov 2019 • Family
It's a small waterfall. It should have been more enjoyable if the water flow is more. Remember you have climb and get down more than 100 steps. If u have any issue or if you are coming with elderly people remember and make sure you make appropriate arrangements. It's a nice experience.

More of a religious outing than recreational
Sep 2019 • Family
This place has got more of a religious sentiment to it than recreational. Waterfall was scanty. But one should visit this place just because it has got some heritage attached to it.

It is written that Sri Adi Shankaracharya did penance in this place and composed Sri Sivanandalahari and Soundaryalahari. There are about fifty steps to climb down. Those who find it difficult to climb down and up can just have a look from top after getting down 5..6 steps and look down. Can be better maintained.

Nice Place with small waterfalls
Dec 2018 • Friends
This is a waterfall located about 5 km from Srisailam. have to walk down a few steps to reach the site. small waterfalls beleived to be from the forehead and the five faces of Lord Shiva. This is the place Adi Shanakaracharya did penance and composed the Shivanandalahari and Soundaryalahari in praise of Lord and Ammavaru.
Try to go early in the morning before the tourist rush kicks in. also there are a few stalls selling medicinal plants and traditional medicines
