Really enjoyed skiing here with family. We stayed in Arinsal, but Pal sector is far better slopes for beginners. I am driven to this review by the terrible restaurant service at the terrace restaurant at the main lift. Staff were blatantly rude, got our orders wrong and blamed us for not using English. They were deliberately slow. It seemed to have stemmed from the fact I moved two tables together (we were a party of eight) even though no staff were availabl. Worst service i have personally experienced. If it had been even OK we woukd probably have used it every day, but avoiding now.

We are just beginners but we got a good variety here. Even though we got there at the end of March, we had great snow. We loved the green slopes. Some of us also enjoyed the blue one. There was a bit of ice in the green one, probably due to the weather warming up. We loved the magic carpet until we get used to the lift. We loved the small beginner slopes. We got there after 2 days in Arinsal, we found it to be as much friendly and cozy. We also took the gondola from Pal to Arinsal and back, it’s very fun to cover these heights and grounds, to enjoy the view for us who are only beginning skiers. Great experience!

This is my local ski resort and it is great for everyday skiing. Accessible, beautiful and moderately priced lift tickets. Where it falls down is in the restaurants. The food is average, but the service is super slow and very unfriendly. On two occasions we have had very rude staff and super slow service when there wasn't anyone else to serve. Basically they have not trained their staff in how to be polite in front of the customer and this could so easily be done.

Went there this year for the first time. Lots of snow and the tracks are very good. But the access could be better. To leave the mechanic transportation from the mountain to la massala you have to go down some stairs that are very slippery. But the ski area it's good, personnel is very helpful, and good for learners.
