This shop is just too cute! There are a ton of little gifts and in the back room to the left, there are photos and painted tiles that really depict the culture of Exuma. I found a black and white photo of the Angelican Church. I just knew I had to get it. The churches are the few memories I... More

This store offers some nice upscale items on this very casual island. The young lady running the shop (granddaughter or daughter of owner - not sure) is very talented and sells her beautiful pottery including dishes, coffee mugs, as well as laser printed t-shirts with her pretty designs. She is super talented and it shows in her work. Prices are... More

I was slightly disappointed by Sandpiper, having read so many great reviews. They had some cute items at the store, but overall I wasn't very impressed with it. I personally thought the straw markets across the street offered better items and a better selection. It depends what you're looking for, but it's worth a stop in while you're in town.

This is definitely a place to stop and browse while in Georgetown. Good variety of gifts and resort wear in a pretty little shop.

This shop has a variety of items, the art there is from several talented family members. The prices are high but the items are not found anywhere else on the island.

Very nice shop with unique items for gifts. It is more upscale than most places in downtown. The Mrs. found all her souvenirs here, including a very nice conch shell Christmas ornament.

Comfortable and varied selection of souvenirs to decorative home items including apparel, candles, soaps and art. Large selection of goods also includes sundries. Certainly worth browsing and shopping here.

Very nicely run store just across from Peace & Plenty in downtown Georgetown. A selection of casual resort type clothes but especially nice is the daughter's pottery works, and 1950"s era black and white photographs of the island, sloops and people-very interesting for history buffs. The store is owned by the granddaughter of one of the island's "founders" -a lot... More

We traveled to Exuma at the end of the season, so the Straw Market and other shops were low on tshirts and inventory. Sandpiper had great, upscale options in clothing, tshirts, beachware, art work, and books.

On our last day on the island we still hadn't bought stuff to bring back. We went to SA&C and found plenty of things to choose from. They have all kinds of trinkets, awesome island wear, and beautiful art objects. They also have aloe vera gel if you got too much sun as I did. And they're open even at... More
