A very picturesque site, good for sailing, fishing or just walking or indeed calling in for a coffee or light lunch in the recently opened cafe. there is ample parking plus some relatively easy walks.

We took our three children,11,8,5 here over the weekend and we hired two canoes to paddle around the reservoir on. Five people, one two seater and one three seater, with life jackets, paddles and third party insurance, total cost £30 an hour. Really good value...More

This place is brilliant because the walk around the reservoir is very beautiful and easy. And the food in the cafe is delicious. We had full breakfast and cakes. Definitely coming back

Had a lovely unexpected stop, parking was easy with a disabled space very close to the cafe. Service was polite and drinks were lovely would recommend the speciality hot chocolate try it
