Loads of information on the boards around the museum walls and by the exhibits telling the wartime and subsequent history of the airfield including the air speed records made and broken off the Sussex coast and over the Solent. Great for anyone interested in history....More

Very nice day out. So many nice exhibits, very well kept. Amazing stories to read as well. The aircraft were in brilliant conditions, even the ones outside were looked after well. The NAAFI coffee shop had lovely food, at very good prices for a museum....More

As already advised, only assistance dogs are allowed inside the buildings. All dogs are welcome in the Museum's grounds and picnic area, however.

As has been reported, visitors can use the small grassed picnic area at the front of the Museum without the need to purchase food/drink from the cafeteria
