- Jaycie W1 contributionExpensive for what it is.£120 half day out with kids inc food. Don’t get me wrong, the place is lovely but you’re lucky if you get to book a table in winter peak times. If you don’t get one inside then you’re left standing! 6 available pick up and plonk down somewhere chairs (only 6). Kids eating food on the floor because there are nowhere near enough tables and they’ve all been booked out. I’m sure you could spend a whole day there in the summer , but winter , not really!! Farm? A few animals at best - allow 15 mins to see these. Basically it’s soft play with a fab outdoor area so summer is great and would make the most of it due to the cost. Food lovely, but again, expensive. And I’m not sure I know of any adult that would choose to spend the day there , we go for kids right?? But still have to pay £13 odd for the privilege of taking them there. £82 for a family of 5 entrance plus food (which includes £2.50 admin fee 🙄 which you HAVE to pay) Please rethink your table situation and your adult admissions price. Particularly during winter months. Thanks for all your comments - much appreciated. Great to hear you like the place - we try! Thankfully we remain the cheapest of the 4 closest Fram Parks to us here - something we are very proud of, to ensure affordability for all. This year we have flown in Rudolph and his 9 mates to create our Reindeer Lodge - at no extra cost, and to spread some festive cheer! We applied to the Council in June 2019 to be allowed more tables. 7 meetings later and they still haven't made a decision! So I do apologise, but it's not from the want of trying! Do email the CEO at SHBC - Damian.Roberts@surreyheath.gov.uk - perhaps he will listen to you ..?! We have lots of chairs (more than 6!) which we hold back on purpose for large groups and those that need them - elderly / broken leg etc. We have found in the past if we leave them all out, that people just take them and block pathways, hence why we have the allotted table booking times to give as many people as possible the opportunity to sit and eat. PS - we built the place with adults in mind! - the whole thing is geared to take adults as the ethos in to interact with your kids - because so many other places don't allow you to / are not able to make it work! So please do go and scare yourself down the death drop, fly off the zip-wire or spin down the donut slide...I'm sure your kids will love you even more for it!! Hopefully see you again another time bouncing / swinging / sliding :)Written December 12, 2022This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited December 2022Traveled with familyWritten December 11, 2022
- sarahFarnham, United Kingdom2 contributionsRip offThe children enjoyed it but there were four children and six adults and I could find ni way to book only two adults in the ice so I had to pay for six. Then I was told I had to pay another twenty pounds for the ice things due the kids to hold onto. So the whole three hour experience cost £220 without any food or drink so I would never go again.Thank you for taking the time to write in, and sorry to hear that you couldn't find a way to book the adults in. We offered a 25% discount if you booked on-line in advance for a group booking - which you took advantage of - alternatively you could pay on the day individually. We only charged £7.50 to go ice skating - which included the skate hire! And listening to feedback, we were able to source some skating aids from the company who charged even less than that for you to hire if you chose to. I would suggest that at only £22 per head to come to the farm for the day, use all the indoor play, visit Rudolf and all the reindeer in the lodge, have the animal handling AND then go ice skating, skate hire and penguin hire you have had an incredible days value!Written January 5, 2023This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited December 2022Traveled with familyWritten January 1, 2023
- Jemma PLondon, United Kingdom1 contributionDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEYSo disappointed with our recent visit, wandered outside with our little boy to see the animals and it was all closed. Bouncy pillows were not open either, which left us with only soft play, we could have gone much closer to home for MUCH cheaper. I think it's terrible that this isn't noted on the website for you to CLEARLY see, instead, there's a tiny little section at the bottom of the page to say the barn is closed at the moment, there should at least be a pop up as you land on the website to let customers know! RIP OFF - to still be charging the same money. People wouldn't even think to check if the animals are still out considering you have FARM in your name. It doesn't even include the info of no animals on the 'key information for your visit ' when you have booked - unbelievable. I can't believe I paid £28 for this afternoon, I will not be returning and will make sure to tell everyone I know what kind of service you provide.Hi Jemma First of all I am sorry you were disappointed with your visit. I am also sorry that you didn't see - on the main booking page in capital letters where you chose your tickets - where we clearly wrote that the main animal barn would be closed for 3 days. We thought this would be the most obvious place to put this... The reindeer headed back to Lapland in the morning, and the kids enjoyed being able to see them being loaded up. We then had to deep clean the barn and re-bed for the sheep / cows / goats etc - who were all back in by the afternoon. Again, we ensured the kids could watch the tractor and the unloading in a safe way - which they all found fun and different! We ensured that all the small animals and the handling continued as normal - and all the large animals were able to be seen outside, just not from the inside of the barn. Therefore I apologise for any inconvenience caused, and I am sorry that you did not see it on the booking page when choosing your tickets. It's a shame you did not come and speak to us on the day and of course arrange another visit for you - or reply to the email we sent checking on whether we could do anything to improve your day. We all know Trip Advisor cannot help you post event...but we can! You have our details if you wish to get in touch. - Claire580430London, United Kingdom16 contributionsGood, but expensive for a family of 5Good couple of hours but expensive for a family of 5. We had a good time and food was delicious, but after 2 hours 15 mins our table time was up and the lockers were too small for 5x coats, gloves, and toddlers bag. Also the table was no good for family of 5 as 4 fixed seats. Looking around we were the exception as most people either had younger children and only a couple of them or they were there for a birthday party. We had 9, 7 and 3 year old plus 2x adults. We ended up leaving at 12.30 as we were a bit lost without a ‘base’ for our children that were going in all different directions due to their age. I think somewhere like Bocketts farm may have been better for the age of our children. We will come again, but not all together and for a special treat.Great to hear you had a lovely time and enjoyed our delicious food! Our indoor tables have 4 fixed seats - and designed with spaces for wheelchairs, buggies and kids highchairs. (We also have single seats that can be drawn up to our indoor tables to allow one extra) Our covered decking tables easily sit 8 up to 10 👍 We have asked the Council to be allowed more seating .... but currently they have ignored our requests... we will try again 😉Written January 18, 2023This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited January 2023Traveled with familyWritten January 15, 2023
- Michelle H1 contributionGood for little ones but over priced. We were 2 adults, 3 children 18mths, 8yrs and 14yrs. The negatives - We felt it was very expensive, considering most of the farm is aimed at young children. Very little for a 14yr old to participate in, but yet had to pay the most expensive ticket to enter. The adult tickets are also quite pricey. The larger slides in the softplay and outdoor doughnuts could have done with staff supervision. Children were pretty much left to their own devices and excited children tend to not want to share or wait their turn. Positives - The farm, play areas were very clean and seemed well maintained. Staff we did encounter, were friendly and helpful. The younger children in our group really enjoyed their day and had a lot of fun.Great to hear that you in the main you all had fun! You are quite right, 14 is on the cusp of being "too old" - and we don't target that age - but when they are here with younger siblings then they tend to get involved and have a good time more in a supervisory role ! The whole place is built for adults too, so they can interact with the kids... and will get some signs made to point out that sharing is the name of the game on the donuts :) Thanks for writing in...much appreciated!Written March 16, 2023This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited February 2023Traveled with familyWritten February 17, 2023
- JeffnCarol_Surrey174 contributionsA few things that need attentionNot been for a while but took my 14 month old granddaughter. Obviously she can only use the under 3 area and it's a bit tatty and grubby looking now with some either older than 3 or very large 3 year olds who don't look out for the little ones and just run riot with staff not checking. It's still a great place but I object to paying a £2.50 booking fee - why are you doing that !!Thanks for your message - hopefully answer your comments below: Great to hear you had fun - and surprised to hear you didn't like cleanlinesss of the NEW kit in the under 3's area..?! We always ask "single" older children to leave - but some of them are with their younger siblings and playing nicely. If there is ever an issue, please just ask one of the staff and we can always move any boisterous children on...:) The booking company charge a fee - we pass it on. We can either increase the price of the ticket and hide it, or be transparent - and when we asked 100+ customers the majority told us to be transparent...so we are!Written March 16, 2023This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited February 2023Traveled with familyWritten February 20, 2023
- Kat1 contributionGood but expensiveVery, very expensive as have to pay almost full Price for adults. Got moved on from table at lunch time which was awkward as no where else to put things or eat/drink indoors (cold outside). Table booking is for up to 8 people but only 4 seats? Staff are friendly though and place seems clean. Animal handling staff were wonderful. Overall good , but would be better if just paid for the children that used it.Great to hear you enjoyed the place overall! Yes, our indoor tables can book up to 6 - as they have 4 fixed seats, with the provision of a wheelchair / buggy / spare chair etc. For larger groups up to 8 you can book the decking tables that are undercover but outside - these are much bigger tables :) Lots of freely available (non-bookable) tables too by the zip wires and donut slide.Written March 16, 2023This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited February 2023Traveled with familyWritten February 20, 2023
- lovetotravelling00748 contributionsOverpriced for what it isVisited here before the pandemic and since for birthdays. Wasn't aware that you cannot bring your own food anymore. Their food is overpriced and rubbish. Thick, overcooked, overpriced stodge that my kids wouldn't touch. I can understand why they didn't allow food during the pandemic but it's now become a money-making scheme...paying airport prices for coffee and food when the ticket prices are extortionate too. I would have considered a family annual pass but you have to pay £2.50 booking fee every time you visit plus food costs so it soon adds up.....just not worth it!Sorry to hear we haven't hit the mark. Our coffee remains cheaper (and better!) than any high street chain - and our food is cooked fresh using healthy ingredients every single day, so I will disagree on your assessment there I'm afraid. We have not raised our Annual Passes in 5 years, and offer a 10% discount on all F&B - to counter the fact that the booking company charge a fee for processing your information.... Sadly they don't operate for free, but we have done everything in our power to counter this :)Written March 16, 2023This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited February 2023Traveled with familyWritten February 25, 2023

Have to agree the food prices are steep and you can easily spend £100 for 4 hours of kiddie fun. You can’t take a picnic so they have you captured. A 6 or 12 month ticket makes more sense if yer local want to go regularly.Great to hear you had fun....and took advantage of the free parking!! - pammy047London, United Kingdom50 contributionsUNISEX TOILETS 😡This farm used to be lovely and the children had a great time. Unfortunately we visited today and found out the toilets are UNISEX. I found this absolutely disgusting and the thought of my grandchildren having to use a cubicle next to an adult male revolting. I cannot believe that the farm has done this especially the way things are these days. This is the last time I ever visit this farm!!Erm, you are completely wrong I'm afraid! We have separate male and female toilets - and a disabled toilet. This has been the case ever since we opened - nothing has changed since your last visit. Please remove this post with this incorrect information. Thank you. On the plus side, it's great to hear that the kids had a great time once again though ....:)Written May 11, 2023This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited April 2023Traveled with familyWritten April 14, 2023

Visited here with a 5 and 7 year old. I should have been wary that their Facebook page has the review function turned off!
The positives, it’s immaculately clean everywhere. The staff are friendly. The soft play is not very busy. It’s small so with small kids you can kind of sit down and be able to track them, although only in the inside or outside, depending upon where your table is! If table is in a different bit, then tough luck, you have to stand!
The negatives. Well where to start. My children declared this isn’t a farm, there’s not enough animals! One barn with 2 cows, 2 sheep, goats, a pig with piglets, and some small ones like ferrets and guinea pigs. We waited for the animal handling which was basically stroke a Guinea pig. The staff plonked them on a table and said one at a time and that was it. No names, no info, nothing! Don’t call it a farm but have very few animals and nothing aside from an empty barn. The play areas look impressive when you first see them, but the older children’s area is a series of bridges and towers and a slide and that’s all! The zip line is impossible to use without adult supervision as it’s to high for children to drag back! The toddler area was actually better as had multiple house and mini slides and climbing bits, but it’s small. There’s a large sand pit and jumping pillows and that’s about it! My kids were ready to go home after an hour! Add to this that they were doing eat out to help out at the time but only on meal deals, reduced from £10 to £5. £10 for a kids meal deal at a farm park is ridiculous anyway, but to not do the deal if you just wanted a cup of tea and a snack was wrong. It was heavily pushed on Facebook and even as you went in they ‘sold’ it to you by having a man tell you all about the deal, but they left out the fact it was only on the meal deals. Food was also pretentious with it being suitable for adults but not great for kids. The size of the hot drinks were also small and expensive, photo attached for some perspective. I have visited many farms in my kids time such as bocketts, hobbledown, godstone and fishers farm park and all are brilliant. This is a poor imitation that looks shiny and new but has very little content.
I would add that the pre booking tables idea also does not work. We booked a table inside having never visited before and was unsure of weather. However it meant while my kids were outside there is nowhere to sit!!! So I had to stand around feeling like I was a bit odd to be honest, loitering! Couldn’t sit down with a full price cup of tea! It’s nice in theory, the reality doesn’t work. Just get staff in to clean the tables more often instead. No other farms reserve tables at the moment, they just clean regularly.
In summary my children came home and told their dad that it wasn’t a farm and it was rubbish! I would never go back and I recommend you spend your money elsewhere unless you live very locally and your children are toddlers. The good reviews must be from these people or people who’ve never been to any other actual kids farms!

Wow wee! Both barrels.....no holding back.
Having had the toughest 5 months ever, we have borrowed to survive and the staff have worked tirelessly to provide an amazingly clean and conducive environment to allow people to play here in a safe and well managed way.
I am very proud of what they have achieved, and the feedback from regular customers is heartwarming. So pleased you enjoyed the quiet inside due to the reduced numbers, noticed how clean the place was and met the friendly team.
Therefore to receive the opinionated "negative" vent which offers no value - and in many instances is clearly utter rubbish! - is difficult to respond to in a pragmatic and positive way.
For starters, we are not a working farm - we don't pretend to be - so why castigate us for something we are not..?!
Secondly, our Facebook function works well and we get loads of messages - every day!
Thirdly, our coffee cups are the standard 12oz size...same as Costa / Cafe Nero / Starbucks etc!
I could go on - but instead I will ask, in the misquoted words of Alice Roosevelt:
"If you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all".

This was our first time at Chobham Adventure Farm and sadly it will probably be our last. I emailed prior to going as I wanted confirmation of the prices. My daughter had an inset day and a group of us were looking for things to do with the girls. Technically it should have been term time pricing as the half term break was 17th to 21st Feb, but they had extended their holiday pricing to include the 24th Feb, which I feel is quite cheeky. Needless to say we still decided to go and paid the £21.00 for myself and my 5yr old, with my 4 month old going in free. This was £5 more than term time pricing. On arrival just before 10am there was a queue to get in and what appeared to be a rush to get a table secured. Only when I got in did I understand why. The lady on the till was lovely and polite, asked if we had been before and explained where things were, when I said it was our first time. We met up with our friends and the girls quickly stripped out of their coats and shoes and ran off to the slides.
The girls started to get hungry so we decided to have lunch. We all brought packed lunches for the girls to save a bit of money and understood that anyone having a packed lunch is required to go to the picnic area. One of us went to look and there was not a dry table available, so we decided to stay where we were inside. The adults all had coffee's from the shop and I fully intended to go and get cake once the girls were settled however before I could a member of staff rudely came over said the inside tables were for guests buying their lunch and we were to pack up and go outside. She also searched the table for the piece of paper explaining this and made sure we could read it. This was the final straw for me. There was no reason for her to be as rude, we had checked the picnic area and there was no sheltered eating area for us to have our lunch and I am not sitting out in the rain on a wet table with my 4 month old.
We packed up the lunches and decided to go to see the animals, which was quite a disappointment. The farm aspect is essentially a large barn half filled with a few farm animals.
All in all this is my review of Chobham Adventure Farm and I understand that others will enjoy the facilities here. However in future I will pay the extra to go to Bocketts Farm where we have always had a good experience.

Hi there
Thank you for taking the time to write in - much appreciated. I hope I can answer your 3 main points:
We are an Adventure Farm, with indoor play, outdoor play and about 60+ animals - we are not a working farm. We offer the kids an opportunity to see lots of different types of animals - rather than pure quantity.
A number of our local schools were still on half term - some were back at school, some were on inset days. We published OUR half term dates straight away after the Xmas holidays - and as you found when you came, we were extremely busy like every other half term day.
The following day was an Inset day for local schools and we charged normal "term time" prices - only slightly quieter!
When we are busy, we ask that all picnic food brought in is either eaten in our picnic area upstairs where the sofas are, or outside in the picnic area. The main seated tables are for those with hot food and need a table to use their knives and forks. This is clearly posted on numerous signs around the facility.
Our biggest complaint when we are busy is from customers who cannot sit down and eat because people are hogging tables with picnics and not eating hot food at them :) And this is why we have applied to have more seating indoors.
We highly recommend Bocketts Farm, a proper working farm. You are right, they do charge more than us - but remember they operate a more strict policy than us - you cannot eat ANY of your own food in their café!
My suggestion is to venture back in the summer when the sun is out and sky is blue, and literally hundreds of people use our outdoor eating areas in the warmth - much more pleasant than a wet Feb half term!
All the best

I took my grandchildren here along with daughter in law..first time here..it was quite pricey to be honest & with it being half term it was horrendously busy which I fully understand..indoor play area was heaving it clearly states on the entrance that no picnics are to be consumed inside the play area at the tables as there is a picnic area outside which is covered..well we were standing for over an hour to get a table but couldn’t due to the majority of people eating their picnics at the tables! My daughter in law went up to someone in the restaurant to say that we are waiting for a table to get some food but everyone is eating their picnics so they said we had to order the food first & then they would find us a table which we wasn’t prepared to do..unfortunately I won’t be returning back..I spent £40 just for standing around & my grandchildren only playing in the play area for only 1/2hr

Hi there
Anybody eating their picnics were asked to eat outside undercover , or upstairs in the picnic area.
It was the busiest week of the year, and everyone was told on entering you must share tables - the greater majority did.
The staff did an amazing job at clearing spaces and finding numerous tables for people wanting to eat - I was thanked numerous times at how helpful the staff were.
We have applied to double the amount of indoor seating - and would suggest you return on a quieter day.
All the best.

I visiting Chobham adventure farm today I must say I was extremely disappointed.
Upon arriving there was a huge queue outside, it took us 45mins to enter the building and when we did get in we were told our slot was only until 1pm. So we lost 45 mins of our time slot queuing to get in and we also paid for full price for a full days entry.
On more than 3 occasions I tried to enter the soft play area for under 2S to be told that it was full and to come back. Numbers should of been factored in to account for maximum capacity in the soft play areas.
I have visited various farms/soft play areas during Covid restrictions and never have I witnessed anything else like this.
I strongly suggestion that Chobham adventure farm look into their restrictions and re assess as to how their competitors are doing theirs.
I will not be returning here complete and utter waste of money.
They also state no picnics on their website but then think it’s acceptable to charge £10 for one lunch meal!!!

Hi Amy
Sorry to hear you were disappointed.
Having checked CCTV, we can see that the maximum time anyone waited was 15mins - which is our max target time - which on a busy day in half term is unsurprising. Once the Gov allows us to relax the temperature checks then we would hope to get everyone in quicker - sorry about that.
In Covid times we limit the numbers in the small play area, and you are able to use every part of the site without restriction. This policy has always been well received - in fact requested by previous feedback - in order to ensure those using it were not over-run by others.
We offer a whole range of meals - a baguette, choice of filling and salad / crisps starts at £6. Children's meals or picnic boxes are also only £6. Our Chef's Special is the most expensive meal at £9 - which for the amount and quality is incredible value - and ranked "excellent" by our competitors.

We visited Chobham adventure farm on 24th October and came for the morning session. After a recommendation from a friend we were very excited for our visit and loved the fact you book online and choose your table. We were welcomed by a lovely young lady who took our temperatures and told us about all the new restrictions they had introduced and timings for their animal activities. I didn’t catch her name but we saw her a few times throughout the day, she was great to the kids and a real asset to your team! (She had long brown hair, if this helps please pass on my thanks)
We had chosen an outside table however despite the rainy weather we all managed to have a great time.
The indoor play frame was huge with three slides but one was still closed due to COVID restrictions. They also had a smaller toddler play section for the younger ones. Both play frames were monitored by staff giving hand sanitiser to the children before they go and play to keep things extra clean which I thought was great! Also the restricted numbers were an extra precaution which was well received.
The outdoor area was phenomenal especially when it started to brighten up. Lots to do and both my children loved the bouncing pillows and the zip line! The animal barn was also great and even though it wasn’t huge it was all very hands on and you could tell the staff genuinely cared about the animals which is rare to see at somewhere like this! My daughter adored the pigs and a member of staff took the time to tell her all of their names which made her feel very special.
One last thing..THE FOOD! Definitely one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten at any family attraction and the same girl who briefed us in the morning explained that pretty much everything is made fresh on site and brought locally which is great to hear. They also have recycling bins all over the adventure farm with all plates, cups, cutlery being recyclable and the rain water is harvested off the roof to flush the toilets.
Overall I think I have found mine and my families new favourite place! I felt perfectly safe everywhere inside with all the new restrictions and I was absolutely shocked at how beautifully clean and new everything looked - especially hearing that it opened almost 4 years ago! Don’t hesitate to come along and see for yourself what a great place this is...you won’t regret it!
See you again soon Chobham adventure farm!😊

As soon as we arrived at the entrance, the lady checking our tickets told us, "if you have any food, we suggest you leave it in your car". The confusion on my face made her follow it up with "it says it on our website". I did not see it stated anywhere when I booked the tickets so once inside, I spent a good few minutes looking for where it said it and I still couldn't find it! Although it now it explains why we had to book a table.
As for booking a table. There are 3 slots, Approx 11am-1pm, 1pm-3pm and 3pm-5pm and you have a choice of an indoor table, an outdoor covered table and an outdoor uncovered table. If you do not get a table in one of the earlier slots, you then have to wait until 3pm to feed your hangry children. You can't just sit on the grass with a sandwich which you brought from home because you have to buy a sit down meal from the restaurant.
We ended up going back to the car to feed the kids and ended up spending an extra £25 on some mediocre food for the adults from the restaurant so the kids could continue playing. When I booked the table, all the covered tables were taken so we had an uncovered outdoor table. We live in the UK, so of course it started to drizzle as soon as we sat down but we had nowhere else to sit so our already bland food was made a little more bland with the additional rain drops!
As the day went on, the kids wanted to play in the soft play. The only people who could sit in the soft play area were the people who had booked an indoor table for lunch. This meant there were lots of tables with bags and jackets which people couldn't sit on and anyone who didn't book an indoor table had to stand.
I have to say all in all, this place has too many restrictions for a fun day out. I am already paying for the tickets, and then being forced to buy food is not really something I am a fan off. I have been to many, many different farms, park and other days out with the kids and have never ever come across this. The seating situation is a complete joke. There is not enough things to do here to make up for all the negatives. There's too many restrictions and a fun day out is made into a chore.
I will say on a positive note, the play areas were clean, all the parts in the sand area were still intact and working and overall it looked quite new (I later found out it had opened a little bit before covid started) but I will not be going back.

Thank for taking the time to write in so extensively, so please let me come back to you and answer your comments:
We state on our website no picnics, as has been the case for the past few years ( since the summer of 2019.) I am sorry you did not see it - and will endeavour to make it even clearer. We send this info on our confirmation emails too.
You have a choice of either booking a table slot if you want to...or not. OR - you can use and share one of the freely available tables outside at time you like - there are approx 20 of them.
You do not have to wait until 3pm as you have suggested.
These tables are undercover.
I believe had you known these tables were available it would have solved all your problems, and I'm sorry you were not aware of this - and again, I'll endeavour to make it even clearer.
Lovely to hear that once away from the table you enjoyed the facilities, noted the cleanliness and were surprised to learn that we opened in 2016!!
I hope we can tempt you back for another visit :)
All the best

We visited on Wednesday of half term and expected it to be busy - which is absolutely was! We had a 1 yr old, 5 yr old and 10yr old in tow. The queue was out the door on arrival but happy staff were helpfully directing people to parking spaces and minimising any carpark chaos (even later on under the help of umbrellas!). The till staff were telling everyone all info about what was and wasn't open - no bouncy pillows, rightly so. By the time we got inside there was nowhere to sit and i hope they get the planning to extend the area as it is well needed! However, it was about and for the children who LOVED it. Yes it was busy and loud and manic but all the staff were helpful, attentive and every aspect is run really well. We grabbed a coffee from another happy staff member in the cafe and sat outside under cover while the kids ran wild round the outdoor area. Its the first time id seen the animal barn which all the small ones thought was great. The whole place was clean which is a novelty in a child's soft play. I will definitely be back with my little one during term time. Highly recommend and really think the staff deserve recognition for keeping it all together on a very busy day.

Attended the farm today and while it’s nice and well kept - the price is so expensive compared to local competition. I paid over £40 for a 3 hour visit and to add insult to injury you can’t take your own food you have to buy their food . So a three hour day has cost not far from £75. While it was pleasant Odds farm / Bocketts you get the whole day , soft play more Animals more play equipment and can take your own food . Disappointed with Chobham it’s not one for a regular visit at their prices at all. The food was okay but not much for the price . I paid £6 for a tiny child’s jacket potato - and I mean tiny there was no actual potato in it . I feel that they are monopolising on the Covid situation as the price pre Covid is the same for the whole day ... poor

Thanks for taking the time to write in.
Yes, would love you to come for the whole day, but since we re-opened in July '20 we have massively reduced our capacity to be Covid-safe and introduced 2 sessions with a break in the middle to clean down.
With less people through the door and with the numerous Covid costs imposed to operate (booking systems, tables, cleaning regimes, protective screens, extra staff etc), not financially viable to reduce the price further I'm afraid (and yet still remain less than those you listed...)
Still considerably cheaper than the others you listed - they do allow you stay longer, but have a lot more people on site...its all about personal choice and whats important to you

We visited on December 24th 2 adults and a 3.5 year old. It really was such a lovely experience. I was slightly concerned when I first booked that it seemed quite pricey but it was so worth the money! And we will definitely be returning next year. It was a really lovely show experience and my son won't stop talking about it! Thank you to all!

During the school term this place is lovely. However, during the school holidays it is awful. There is no order, there is no limit to the number of people that they let in so it gets completely over crowded. There isn’t enough seating for everyone and so it becomes chaos! The under 3 area isn’t inclosed and with so many children they can get in and out and get lost very easily. We took a picnic because the food is very expensive and were told we had to sit out side in the rain to eat it. It says there is a cover but it doesn’t stop the rain and so the children and I got wet. There wasn’t very many staff members to keep an eye on everything and they weren’t very polite. The price goes up very high during the holidays and with only a small farm I wouldn’t say it was worth it.
All in all not a very good experience and definitely not worth the money. Don’t come during the holidays!!!!

Hi Issy
I'm sorry we were so popular and wasn't to your liking, but why bring a 3 yr old in the busiest week of the year..??!!
Do come back when its quieter - you know its far more enjoyable - and cheaper during Term Time when your 3 yr old can have the run of the place 😉
We look forward to welcoming you back when it's more tranquil.....👍

In reply to my review, management said that the reindeers will be coming for Christmas and the rest of the animal shortly after.

Please do not do what one of the other responders suggested; leaving dogs in cars, even with windows ajar, is really dangerous. It’s disappointing that they don’t allow dogs (I mean... it’s a farm!) but best leave them at home than follow their ‘advice’
