Magical Christmas exprience
Dec 2021 • Family
Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. My 4 year old was completely entranced by all the magical characters and the stories they told. All the elves were wonderful and really captured the spirit of Christmas. Santa was wonderful, exactly as I imagined he should be. Hats off to Chobham Adventure Farm. We will be back next year.

Feeling Christmassy!
Dec 2021 • Family
We love it here and today we went to the Christmas Experience for the first time. We had our 10 year old and our 15 month old, obviously a huge age difference but they both loved it!
The reindeer were a highlight as were the snowball fighting elves! All of the staff (elves) were fantastic & Father Christmas was just lovely! 🎅🏻❤
A really nice touch was that the grown ups get a gift from Father Christmas too, a great quality lovely treat!

Although quite pricey it was a lovely couple of hours that ended with everyone feeling Christmassy and lovely gifts for all of us!🎁

Amazing!!!!!
Dec 2021 • Family
We have visited Chobham Adventure Farm Christmas Experience this afternoon. It was the best Father Christmas visit ever! Both children 3&7 and adults had an amazing time. Each room has different decorations and entertainment. The 2h experience is worth every penny! My 7 yo said this FC is 100% real, he was even wearing the special boots! We will definitely return next year!

Wonderful venue for toddlers or young children
Oct 2021
My 19 month old grandaughter loves Chobham Adventure Farm. The indoor soft play is great now she can go on the section for older kids. The soft play for babies/toddlers is very small. She thinks the slides using the mats are brilliant and we must have done them 20+ times. The outside area is also very good and the small selection of animals makes it more interesting. At 11am they had a meet the goats session which was fun.
Booking online is very easy but I dislike having to pay a £2.50 booking fee. I also think it is wrong to charge so much for adults. Having said that, when we went today it was 50% off which made it much more reasonable and good value for money. This is only Monday to Wednesday in October during term time though.

Poor value for money
Jun 2021
The adventure farm has an indoor play area, quite small softplay for the little ones, a bit bigger for the older kids, plus a much larger outdoor play area aimed at the older group. There is also a fairly small barn with some animals in it.

Overall it was quite a fun place to visit, however, the price point is wrong, plain and simple. For 2 adults and a 3 yr old at the weekend the cost is £41.50 for essentially a glorified play area. If we wanted just a soft play, there are places we could go that don't charge for adults so the cost would be around £5. If we wanted a little children's farm to see & feed some animals, we could go to Elm Nursery in Woking for £12 for the 3 of us.

The nearest comparison is Bockett's Farm Park but that is on another level. It is slightly more expensive (£45 for the 3 of us) but it has a much much bigger play area, significantly more animals, including petting areas and the chance to feed them (I don't believe Chobham allows this) and in general just more to keep both children and adults entertained.

It is a shame because, as I said, it's a nice enough place. But for the price, we just cannot justify a return visit.

Hi Rob Many thanks for taking the time to write in, and sorry if we didn't hit the mark in terms of price. On the flip side, lovely to hear that the kids had a fun time though and you like the place! As you noted, we are less money than some of the bigger farm parks (which are working farms with lots of animals). We actually offer more indoor play AND restrict our numbers in these Covid times - and yes, we allow you to stroke / hold / feed the animals at various supervised times throughout the day. So since we offer all this and charge less, we feel we offer pretty good value for money overall....and I hope we can entice you back in the summer when the new slides outside will be open too :) ATB

Fantastic venue
Sep 2021 • Family
Having seen pictures on a friend's Instagram account I thought this looked like a great place to take my son (2 years old) and I was definitely right in that thought.

Booking was simple via the website...Great price and a reserved table included!

Arrived just after 10am for our booked time of 1000-1300 and my son (and myself) absolute had the best time!

He played in all the areas available and had a great time going to see the animals!

Definitely going to visit again!

My only criticism is that they're underselling themselves on their website. It needs more photos of the great venue and space that it has! After having visited I was shocked as how much larger it was from the pictured I'd seen!

Perfect for little ones!
Sep 2021 • Family
Took my nearly one year old to Chobham Adverture Farm today. Was amazed with how friendly the staff were, cleanliness, animals looked well looked after and also the toddler soft play was perfect.
Thank you for a great day, we will be returning soon for sure.

Hi Kancho Please don't let your ire with TA suddenly mean that we bear the brunt of your frustration. Claiming that following the Gov rules is somehow akin to a conspiracy is clearly not factually correct! Yes, the booking company charge an admin fee which is why we offer to re-schedule or give a credit note instead where applicable. All the best

Over-priced
Sep 2021 • Family
I have not been back to the place since COVID. I was shocked by the COVID restrictions they have in place making this a very over-priced trip. The prices are still the same but you only get a morning or afternoon session (10-1 or 1:30-5:00). The ball pits are still closed and all slides that used to go in to a ball pit are closed (but again your entry ticket is the same price). You are not allowed to bring your own food and the food served in the venue are “sandwiches from £6 and hot food from £9”! And yes you still have to wear a face covering indoors.

I will not be returning until the COVID restrictions are lifted here and entry if for a full day.

Thank you for taking the time to write in - although I cannot understand if you feel our Covid restrictions are too strict or too lax..? We still keep numbers to 30% capacity at any time to ensure plenty of space, and everybody is allocated a table so they have a base and do not have to share with anybody else. We feel these things are a good thing to keep on top of the disease from spreading. We ask that people wear a face covering on the indoor play with other people's children - this out of courtesy to others, not mandatory. The one ball pit slide was closed in the summer hols (as we couldn't clean all the balls every 3 hrs as required by the Gov!) , and has been open since the September term started. Kids sandwiches are £1.50. Baguette with salad / crisps is £6. Children's hot food is £6. Adult portions are £9. The feedback for half day sessions with restricted numbers has been overwhelmingly positive, and will remain in place for the forseeable future as we manage this disease proactively. We hope that has alleviated any concerns and look forward to welcoming you back in due course :)

Overpriced and dirty toilets
Sep 2021 • Family
We have visited a number of times before but have never been when it was as busy as it was today. The indoor play was so busy and did not feel safe so we spent our time outside. The toilets were disgustingly dirty so I felt the need to email as I felt it cleaner to change my children in the boot of my car than risk the baby change.
Shocking when you get a reply with emojis in. That’s how serious they take hygiene complaints.
I’d rather spend half the money and go elsewhere. Never again.

Hi Lauren Running at only 30% capacity - so lovely and quiet compared to previous holiday days! As you are aware, we were clearing up sick at the time - as 2 children were sick within 5 minutes of each other in 2 separate locations. Apologies if you were "shocked" for injecting a little bit of humour into a rather unpleasant job :) Thank you for bringing to our attention the loo paper on the floor, generously put there by a child having some fun - it was all cleared up within 10 minutes of you telling us. Of course we take things like this seriously - to suggest otherwise you know is clearly wrong. Apologies if were not quite quick enough on this occasion. ATB
