We went to Ecogranja Salgot on a recent "Foodie Adventure" in the Catalonia region of Spain. What a treat! We learned about how their very-famous sausage is made, and also learned about their environmental efforts. All very impressive. But I must say - the sausage tasting (accompanied by great Spanish wine, of course!) was the highlight. For a different experience, far from the madding crowd, go here.
