We spent a few hours at Punta Perdiz on our day trip to Bahia de Cohinos from Cienfuegos as our home base. My husband and I love to snorkel wherever we are visiting, and Punta Perdiz didn't disappoint. For 10-15CUC (can't remember exactly) you get...More

It was hard to believe there was only a handful of us at Punta Perditz because there were gems under the water to see via snorkeling. I paid for snorkeling rental (mask, snorkel and fins) and beach visit, all for 8 cuc. Under the water,...More

I did the all inclusive here and really enjoyed a day hanging with 2 friends. To note: the food is only for a few hours and is the most decent-at-best buffet you will find. But, certainly edible and endless! the drinks are strong and readily...More

Not too many tourist. There were a lot of fishes. Best snorkeling we did in Cuba, better than in Cayo Coco. Water has a turquoise crystal clear color. Our driver told us that it usually doesn't rain in that part of the bay and indeed...More

We stopped here as part of a tour for a buffet lunch and snorkeling. We were pleasantly surprised by the lunch as there was ample selection for entrees, salads, etc. It was filling … although in hindsight perhaps shouldn’t have been as full for snorkeling....More

A ten minute drive from Playa Giron. There is decent (not spectacular) snorkeling here. You can buy a day pass for 15 CUC that includes an OK lunch buffet, an open bar, lounge chairs by the water, and snorkeling gear (we had our own). Several...More

This is one of the "all inclusive" places in Playa Giron. "All inclusive" is true in fact, you get food and drink to survive the day, but do not expect special quality. If you come here to eat and drink, you may be disappointed. On...More

Here is a nice beach, but no real opportunity to splash around in the water. There is great snorkeling, diving, sunbathing, and a bar/restaurant. The only drawback is the water entry is a rocky one that leads to the snorkeling area. If you want to...More
