Lovely small indoor play area with a play area outdoors too with go karts, sand pit etc. The staff were helpful and one lady in particular was very attentive to cleaning up which is always fab to see. One child was poorly whilst we were there and it was dealt with quickly and no fuss. The cafe had a good value menu although we didn’t order so can’t comment on the quality. My husband and I had some coffees and cans of pop whilst the kids run ragged. My only major gripes were, the coffees were not barista style (personal preference I suppose) so were lacking in flavour and also the large pond outside seems like a hazard to wandering toddlers. It’s a tad rundown too but that doesn’t hinder the fun the kids were having. Would recommend to families visiting the area

A really great little place. The play centre is superb and has some big slides for little people. The staff are really friendly and the Covid set-up is really good, you are allocated a table and staff come round regularly to take orders and deliver food. The food and drink selection is good, the quality and amount of food is excellent and the prices are fair. I would love to have given this 5 stars but the tables were dirty and there was evidence of the day befores food (a chip on on floor and a ketchup wrapper) when we went first thing in the morning when, especially in the current Covid climate, should have been spotless. Other than that, a superb little place which our Daughter enjoyed so much, we went back again 6 days later!

Really good fun, spent half a day here and really enjoyed it. They have some of the best slides I've ever seen in soft play centres. Adults have to pay just to sit inside.

First the good! Lovely large extended outdoor area, a go cart track, sand pit with diggers, treehouse.
One lovely older lady behind the desk.
Food isn’t crazy prices.
Now for the bad bits. (Spoiler alert - there are lots).
The lovely outdoor area was spoiled by rubbish everywhere, some of it things like cans and sharp plastic so not safe for little ones. There is a very deep lake but it’s not fenced off and the go cart track winds around it, meaning that unless you go everywhere with your children you can’t be sure they are safe, and not enough flotation devices available should a child fall in.
The staff bar the one lady are all very young and quite immature/not customer focused. Trying to be kind here! I live in Powys and know we have so many wonderful young people, I can only assume they are rubbish employers or pay badly. At challenging times like this a customer facing business needs confident members of staff!
Everyone arrives at a set time and you are escorted to a table, then a staff member comes to take food and drink orders, this does mean that by the time everyone arrives and is seated you are waiting a long time for your drinks, the orders are all taken at once which means a half an hour wait for the staff member to come round and then another 20 mins to wait for a tea. It wouldn’t take much work to sharpen this, especially with the profligacy of web based ordering systems.
As the staff are all escorting people to the tables etc there is no one actively managing children’s safety. It was an HOUR after the play centre opened that they had someone walking around. That’s just not safe.
My main problem, given these COVID times, is how dirty the place is. Trust me when I say tables have been wiped and bins emptied and that’s it. The floors are covered in last nights food and I can see NO sign that the soft play surfaces have been cleaned. I shudder to think what an awesome breeding ground this is for COVID and I wonder if the HSE have monitored their Covid compliant paperwork? I counted 4 adults walking around without masks on and one using the sleeve of her jumper as a mask, in wales the wearing of masks indoors is still compulsory.
I have taken some photos sadly I couldn’t post the videos, can I say these were taken within 15 mins of our arrival, this wasn’t late in the day it was mess from before today.
As it was I left with my disappointed children and am hoping they won’t have contracted something.
If there is a spike in cases once the schools reopen I think we know who to blame

Massively over priced. Adults have to pay to sit in cold uncomfortable seating area. And drink terrible coffee made by children. While place is operated by kids. Someone’s onto a winner!

Had a great time here, very clean, things to do for both children and adults, if adults want to join in that is. Owners have developed a brilliant outdoor area as well with huge sandpit, play area, etc and go karts that both children and adults can go on. Could spend all day here if wanted to so think the £3.50 entrance fee is worth it. Wish we had somewhere like this closer to home.

Visited with my family today and I Had to Sit in the entrance bit while my family went into play !! Because I was told I would need to pay the entrance play fee of £3 to sit in their cafe and buy a cup of tea and a snack while I breast feed my 12 week old baby now I'm sorry but I've just paid £15 for my family to play plus their drinks on top and now the 2 staff members ( one was the manage I may add ) said I have to pay to even just sit in the restaurant to feed my child !!! I feel is so unfair and humiliating and the staff just seemed to find it amusing .. Angry is a understatement !! So I spent 2 &1/2 hours without drink/toilet/food waiting in the hallway for my family to finish playing. We drove about an hour to get here. Also the boys who work there were immature messing around play fighting in the cafe bit.. just seemed like one big joke !! Waiting for the owner to get back in touch.. DEFIANTLY DOES NOT SEEM AN APPROPRIATE PLACE FOR BREAST FEEDING MUM'S

i have been here with my children before and it was good amazing how members of staff and 1 family can ruin your day, its like you come here and everyone thinks great free child care with no responsibility ! we had to shout out to a lady who thought it ok to sit at the bottom of the slide with her little one to let her no we would like use but she didnt hear so it was left to my 10 year old to say something to which she huffed at him, there was a child that could have been no older than 2 getting up 2 flights of steps and going down the demon drop slide by herself head first i thought that the girl was going to hurt herself there were no staff or parents or staff in the room , i went to look for the childs mom and dad but they were not there so i told a member of staff , the child went missing a few times , and also started crossing the lanes on the slide again worried she would get knocked over then she came over and hit one of my children at that point i told the parent she needs to watch her child a bit more , she then made a complaint about us , to which the staff seemed to be in full support of this women with replies like the reason she is not looking after her children is because she is pregnant , and that people could find it hard to watch more than 2 children , so i will say this there was only us in there , they only had 2 children with them plus a partner with her , before you say i was aggressive i was in no why aggressive towards staff but should be allowed to stick up for myself when a person complains about me for worrying about the safety of a child . the staff member stated there only responsibility is for the equipment what about the safe use of it??? i understand that you can not tell people how to look after there children but what i cant understand is why cant somone tell these people could you please take your child from the bottom of the slides when in use as they may get knocked over there wasn't hard was it! staffs attitude was to make us feel like we had been in the wrong why where these children allowed behind the counter ??? we will not be coming again because people are not responsible including staff we had the right to enjoy being there aswell its not a place for free child care for anyone that pays the admission fee

I am sorry that this family had such a bad experience. Quackers has clear signage that we are not a supervised play area. Our member of staff was explaining that accompanying adults are responsible for supervising their under 18s and for making decisions about their capability with regard to use of the various pieces of equipment. Our staff monitor the indoor play area to ensure safety and cleanliness but do not supervise individual children.

C'mon management stop being so GREEDY. This will be your downfall I camln guarantee it. You don't need to charge parents £3.20 to spend time with their kids! This charge is not conducive to family life as budget tight families will opt to send one parent to quackers if they both have to pay. I've never known anything so ridiculous. Because of this charge I refused to pay for a hot beverage or food. Staff were fine. The kids absolutely loved it, we didn't see them for 2 hours, ha. Good value for money for them. Not for us. Sadly I wouldn't go next time to save £3.20.

The staff on duty are very young and too inexperienced to be supervising children or the public.
The food served to us was diabolical, anaemic undercooked chips, unappetising chicken curry and chips, portion size wouldn't fill a flea. priced at £6.50 for a few spoon fulls of curry and a handfull of chips . you wouldn't feed it to a dog.
Apart from the fact the order took an hour to arrive. A complete joke.
Perhaps the company is more interested in profits than customer satisfaction?
