We enjoyed weekend two stays at this lovely property during the pandemic- the most recent one in June. The hotel is very clean and all Covid precautions seem to be in place. The food is excellent- one advantage of Covid regulations is there is no longer any open buffet breakfast - instead everything is served . There were 2 or 3 choices for dinner though complete vegetarian options were limited . Perhaps if you notified them in advance more could be prepared as the chef is talented. The rooms are minimalistic in style - with large balconies. On our first stay we were in the newer eco friendly area which was slightly quieter . A top floor room may be recommended as you do hear the people in the room above you a little . Wifi was a bit spotty in the rooms but ok in the common areas. The property is lovely with a long nature walk through the vineyards and lavender fields. In June the birds were abundant and we could not stop watching them and even stopped a hoopoe eating a cherry! The service is generally good and the staff try hard. If you have any problems be sure to ask for Ceren as on both our visits , she was a mark above the other serving staff. We attended the wine tasting on our first visit - nicely done though the wine is pretty average. I would definitely go back again just for the piece and quiet and the feeling of being in the middle of no where. One final comment, like many hotels and restaurants in Turkey, there should be a notice asking people to not make FaceTime calls in public areas. It is very annoying to have people walking around with their phones describing the property to their friends and family.

We visited Arcadia Vineyards, which positioned themselves differently in the boutique winery trend of our country. First of all, they decided to use a totally new style as "Lyra Trellises System" in Turkey and they also decided one of the oldest grape of the winery community: Sauvignon Gris. They grow nine different kinds of grapes on a 350-decare vineyard (Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Sangiovese, Pinot Gris, Öküzgözü and Narince) and organic “Chateau Type” production. Classifying their wines in 5 different categories and their tasting menu (65₺) has five different wines. The most remarkable wine in the tasting menu was the A Series Blend 2015 (165₺). However, Mono Pinot Gris Roze 2018 and Mono Sauvignon Blanc 2018 were far below my expectations.

It is rather strange to see that most products of the vineyard is not served by glass but you are expected to either book a group tasting at one of the prescheduled hours or order by a bottle. The management should find a better way to promote their products for those customers daring to come over all that unpleasant road to the winery. I had tasted their foods before perhaps 1-2 years ago and had quite enjoyed them especially the meatballs. There were using good local products. This time when I was there again I have seen that the menu has been substantially enriched for example with the pizzas, the menu of the day etc. though the quality has unfortunately been equally substantially forgiven. Sad to see that...I couldn’t stop myself crying “Come on guys, this is Trakya, do some gozleme or pide, something local but not pretentious pizza”...I am not sure that I would be super excited to return to Arcadia unless the management does something quite radical to improve their cuisine.
Given the sizable investment in the property and actually quite a couple of nice vines, I believe with some touch, Arcadia has a great potential waiting to be exploited.

It is situated in the middle of 200 Hectars vineyard. You can have a walk and taste difrrent kind of wine that they have produced. The hotel has 26 suits so the hotel is very silent in the country.Dinner and breakfast is very delicious and they serve their wines. I hardly recommend you if you like nature, food and wine...

After tasting wine all day, having a nice meal in the evening, you can sleep soundly while enjoying the magnificent view and wake up bright in the morning. You can wake up early and walk the winery path, then have a light breakfast... By the pool if you wish...

An extremely peaceful environment. Your soul rests while sipping your wine.
If you go in the evening, you can enjoy pizza and wine.
