The cellar tour was well done with a great education on the wine making process and the in-depth look at the process of making fine sparkling wine. The tasting with a platter of local delicacies was the highlight of an enjoyable experience. We tasted some amazing wines with local specialties that made the experience unique. Ensure you taste the locally sourced olive oil with the bread, simple delicious. Ensure to pick up several bottles of wine at the end to bring home.
