It is not to be missed. Close to Capital Port Louis, you need a car to get there, when I went, a Sunday was totally alone, pretty nice, quiet, free and very relaxing. I think it is the set of temples that I liked the most of the island, apart from Ganga Talao

The place is majestic... from afar. Once in the parking lot (hard to find!) we quickly realize that the paintings and the different buildings suffer. Too bad but still worth a visit.

From the outside the temple looks alright. Very colourful. A man comes up to you and gives you a brief tour around the temple. The windows inside the temple are not clean, neither is the floor. Bad maintenance. You are not obligate to give money. After the tour we made a donation for the temple, but the guide expects you to give some money to him aswell.

14. Before Ponga Pandit... ???
During Slavery... ???
There were three gates that stopped at water tunnels... ?
15. Before Slavery... ???
16. The longest distance I entered each tunnel is some second and some distance...
17. The entrance or exit... that I snapped and oversized gave the clue of exit and what to be found...
18. The most exciting and interesting thing was... What they saw when they exited the tunnels that ended at the temple
19. Apart from CLUE... It had the PLAN OF THE WHOLE ISLAND TRANSFORMATION Programs generation generated... Damn!
20. The BEHARRY are the most clever human on Earth same like the ARABS and JEWS

Triolet is not only the longest village of the island but also the place where you can visit the biggest Hindu temple, the Maheswarnath Mandir. The Shivala was built in honour of the Gods Shiva, Krishna, Vishnu, Muruga, Brahma and Ganesha among others.
