This is a must do when in Mauritius!
We booked the magic tour which is 45mins long and takes you over Port Louis then down the coast to Le Morne and the underwater waterfall then back over Chamarel, Black River Gorge passing very close to La Pouce and Pieter Both mountains.
the team are very professional and make you feel safe . The pilot was excellent pointing out points of interest along the way.
We even saw a whale which was just amazing!
It may seem expensive but it really is worth the money to see such a beautiful island from the air
If you are a couple be aware they need four to take the trip unless you pay the full price so its worth contacting them early as they will try to match you with another couple

We booked our trip direct with the company, and the whole experience from start to finish was great!
We were a family of four, two adults and two children, so we were able to book the whole helicopter for ourselves. You will need to pay for all four seats if you want a private trip.
The staff and crew were courteous and polite and the whole experience was really enjoyable.
Our pilot Adrian was a great pilot and also a great tour guide too - pointing out all of the attractions as we flew over them.
We were 45 minutes in the air as expected, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. If you are going to fly on a helicopter in your life, we would definitely recommend doing it over this beautiful island!

A fabulous flight! Always wanted to fly in a helicopter and what spectacular scenery we flew over. We flew south to Charamel and over the famous and unique Underwater Waterfall. The knowledgeable pilot pointed out places to see and made sure that passengers on both sides of the helicopter had equal views. We were so lucky to be able to sit at the front and there were four other passengers behind us. It is genuinely a must do experience by a very capable and well organised company. Absolutely loved it!!

If you have the chance to do this flight, then don’t hesitate and book it! Mauritius must be the best place on earth to do a helicopter tour!!!
Booking went very smoothly and all the questions we had were answered quickly on WhatsApp. The flight was unbelievable. Not just the underwater waterfall is amazing but also the other parts of the flight were incredibly beautiful. We did the Magic 45 minutes tour, and I would definitely recommend that. Time flew by….

I took the 45 min tour and although it was not the best weather I enjoyed every min of it!
Ok it is not cheap but surely worth it! I booked the shared flight which means you re with three other people in the helicopter.Places are assigned as based on weight.
U can easily get there with taxi.
You get well informed and i always felt safe. The sight of the under water waterfall’s in incredible from above!
Just do it! Yolo!

Total disappointment!!! Make sure you weight a lot to get good seats, and if you don’t also be prepared that nobody would tell you that you would seat behind the captain and your GF/BF will seat next to you in the middle without an access to a good view, and YOU CANNNOT do anything about it. This helicopter has only good seats on the left side next to the seat of a captain. When you start asking questions you almost has no options to change and “nice” gentleman will only suggest you to book the whole helicopter if you don’t like smth. Also they tell you your seats only once you start boarding. The worst ever experience especially for this price. Be careful.

We did The Magic Tours from Triolet, we were impressed by the hospitality of the pilot and very good explanation on history of the Island and on specific places we explored. The cascades and Le morne, the under sea waterfall were just wow. A must to do tours. I recommend 100%!!!

My brother and I booked a 45 minute helicopter flight with Corail. Everything worked out great. I was in contact via email and Whatsapp, all questions were answered directly. The booking worked smoothly and all this via whatsapp. On site you were received and explained everything. The flight was incredibly beautiful, despite the rain during takeoff, everything worked. I can heartily recommend Corail from start to finish. Also the 45 minute flight is perfect to discover the most beautiful spots of Mauritius, you see everything very well from above, so you can also save time compared if you would go by Taxi.

Corail helicopters managed to squeeze us in on a last minute helicopter tour of the island. The office when we arrived were efficient and safety video thorough. (There are nice toilets on site, if nature calls before taking off!) There were four seats in the helicopter we went in (presume they are all the same). One seat up front with pilot and three in the rear. You do not get to choose your seat, I believe it's worked out prior on weight. You have to give this when booking. Although I was in the middle rear I still had a very good view of everything. My husband however did get better photos as it was an uninterrupted view without people or door frames etc...
The tour was amazing seeing Mauritius from above gave it a new perspective, what a beautiful island. In particular the south is stunning. We flew down the west coast over Port Louis and then onto the Le Morne and the underwater waterfall which was breathtaking. On flying back we flew over the coloured earth park, seven waterfall, the national park and Pieter both mountain. Which gave us a real snapshot of the diversity of the landscape of the island.
Our pilot commentated in both French and English, and all staff very professional and obviously were well versed at they jobs, making you feel in safe hands.
Would not hesitate to recommend Corail...

This trip, without a doubt was the highlight of our trip. Firstly, I will have to say I was anxious about the helicopter ride, but they make you feel very safe, and secure. This trip allowed us to see the island in its purest form. The island looked exquisite, and it was very exhilarating. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Hi. We a family of 5. 2 adults and 3 kids. Is it possible to travel altogether on the same helicopter as we have a booking on the 30th sept confirmed.

I’m pretty sure they can only 4 pax because of seat belts available. They are positioned according to the individual weight of each person. I suggest you contact coralair to be certain.

Dear Traveller,
4 adults were the passengers, therefore I am unable to comment on children or infants.
On the other hand, the French staff, the Swiss pilot were extremely helpful and would give you the proper answer sooner than all the comments arrive from travelers.
What I can confirm is that it is worth to take this helicopter ride and each minute of the 40 minute ride are interesting, some even unforgettable.
