Saona island

Must see Beautiful island. Great experience with barbecue and snorkeling. We found the beach a bit rocky so I'd advise swim shoes or sandals.

You can't come to DR and not visit here. Clearest water! Get a tour package from your hotel or somewhere else as it is far and prepare to spend one whole day of your vacation.

Wonderful island to visit. Make sure you have enough cash to pay for purchases and massage on the beach

The beach was pretty, and got old quick. THought it would be neat to take my 10 year old to, but it became a rum rum. The catamaran over was a joke. Lots of girls in thong suits drunk and shaking it in front of my daughter. The beach got old fast, and the food was ok. The speedboat was... More

This Island is beautiful! Our Catamaran trip was good and the Island was lovely. The staff was great as well. The power boats back were great and the stop to the crystal clear blue waters with the Starfish was beautiful! Brush up on your Spanish as not many people speak English.

89.00 per person, full day trip, totally worth it. Had read some neg reviews about a smell and it being a dirty place for swimming/boating- totally not true on our visit so take the chance!!

Nice beaches, beautiful sea... It's a better experience of you go in a guided tour, because they know what to show you, and also arrange transportation and food.

We booked this excursion on our vacation! One of the best experience I have had. Perfect day all around. Boat cruise out to island is beautiful. Lunch on island is great also. Lot's of rum also! Loved it.
