We were able to pick up valuable information about Big Bear Lake. This was our 2nd visit to this beautiful area and we really wanted to spread our wings and have different experiences in the winter months.

Located right in the middle of the village. The staff are very knowledgeable and can offer many suggestions based on your desires. Maps are also available. They also have an events calendar.

We got a good impression of what goes on in the neighboring woods. We also took a hike on the nearby hiking trail

They were very friendly and gave us some great ideas! Plus free parking that we used a few times, basically whenever we were down in the village as it’s only a block away!
