This place does not offer parking so you have to park down the street. But the hike is steep and it is a good 3 miles round trip. There are no restrooms so you need to go before your hike. Take water with you and the right kind of hiking gear. Beautiful views of the lake. I will do it again next time I am up.

Like all the hikes in Big Bear, it is very beautiful. This one is steep and the trail is not well marked so it is easy to get off the trail. Then at the top you need to scale some boulders. This is for more experienced, adventurous, hikers. Parking: you need buy a day pass at 7-11 to use the parking lot.
