My daughter has watched the Skydivers jump, descend and land for 4 years and knew she had to be 12 to join them ... since that day she has pleaded daily for the opportunity..

Today was her day and she loved every single second of it ! Tahi- her instructor was Brilliant with a smile as wide as hers 😁

As Mum I was totally at ease with Skydive Jurien Bay , their organisation, safety and staff were all spot on - friendly, calm and professional 👌

We had to wait an extra day as the winds were gusty and as safety is paramount we were kept informed at ever point and just knew we were in the best of hands.

I absolutely recommend Skydive Jurien Bay 💯

My youngest only has 360 more sleeps - but I think we’ll be back before then 😜 and Miss 12 is now counting down to be 16 and jump solo 🤙🏽

Most amazing skydive you could ever do!
Great location and great team make this a fantastic experience. Don’t miss it!
The team is funny yet very professional, be it Office, Pilot or Instructor.
I spontaneously dropped in on a Tuesday afternoon, and they managed to find a seat for me!
Had an amazing and cool tandem instructor. Probably one of the most bad ass people I’ve ever met (are you even allowed to skydive without being bad ass?!). Very relaxed and made me feel safe all the time.
What are you waiting for?

I did a tandem skydive here. I enjoyed the whole experience so much I came back and did my AFF (Acceleration Free Fall) course. Awesome friendly staff, and met a great bunch of people from students to fun jumpers. Would highly recommend!!!!!

We stayed in the apartment above the skydive centre which was fully equipped. Stayed for two nights which cost us $700. Got a phone call the day after we left to say they charged us $200 extra for "missing" forks and plates!!!??? We did not take forks and plates, why would we?? So this was a huge downer!!! Really couldn't believe this. Also staff was so rude and ignorant towards us completely taking advantage of our credit card details!!

Hi Foley95, I think you're review is quite harsh, since you were charged $100 not $200, and you neglected to mention the vomit left in the bed. After days of soaking and several washes it was impossible to get the stain out of the sheets, and we were forced to buy not just new forks, plates and glasses which were all missing after you left, and which had been inventoried just before you got there, but also a new queen size sheet! So $100 to pay for all these items, plus the extra labour and cleaning which was required to clean the apartment after the state it was left in was perfectly reasonable and any accommodation provider would have done the same. This also does not take into account the complaints from neighbours about the noise that was made on the nights you stayed there, so how anyone could claim that they were in a state to know exactly what happened to the household items after the excessive alcohol consumption which obviously took place is unbelievable to us. We take extremely good care of our apartment, and we care about making sure it is in a good state for the next guests. Considering that all linen and towels are provided for a similar price to other holiday accommodation in Jurien Bay which do not offer these luxuries, an extra $100 when so many items are missing and ruined is fair. As for taking advantage of your credit card details, all holiday accommodation and hotels require a bond in the event of unreasonable damage, so this should be completely expected, and is the reason that credit card details must be provided.

This company seems to have no idea! I have never experienced such disorganisation from a tourist activity. We had booked for 8.30am and didn't get organised to jump till 10am. I have worked in Queenstown and done almost all the activities on offer there, not one of them is as bad as this company! If you are going to skydive wait till you go to Queenstown, higher, better scenery and they know what they are doing!

HI Samara, I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy your experience with us. But all of our booking information, including confirmation emails state that the time you are booked in for is your ARRIVAL TIME, and all going well and we have not experienced weather or other delays beyond our control, it is normal to jump within two hours of arriving at the office. We also ask that you allow a minimum of half a day for the jump, but if possible, allow a whole day in the event that we had to wait for weather conditions to be suitable. It does take some time to organise your paperwork and be briefed for a skydive. It is impossible for any skydiving operator to make a time that the aircraft will actually be pulling out from a departure gate as an airline does, and I have absolutely no doubt that no operator in Queenstown or anywhere else does this. It is for this reason that we only give customers ARRIVAL or checkin times. It is almost like complaining about having to wait between checking in for a commercial flight and the boarding and departure process. We are skydiving, and our paramount concern is the safety of all customers and staff, so I believe you have mistaken the fact that you were waiting due to disorganisation, when you were waiting because we were following our normal procedures to maximise safety. I can also let you know that you will not be going to a higher altitude in Queenstown or any dropzone located in the mountains, because they are not at sea level, and all skydiving operations are limited by how high they can go due to the diminishing oxygen in the air, so their altitude is always "Above Mean Sea Level", not above the elevation of the ground you actually stand on. We work extremely hard to provide our customers with a fulfilling and fun experience so I am very sorry that we have not met your expectations.

Extraordinary, spectacular, stunning and that’s just my instructor (Heath), add to it, the picturesque landscape of the WA coast, a team of incredible people and it’s a winner.
I have no hesitation in encouraging everyone to leave your thoughts at home and experience a jump. This team of people all know their roles and display incredible team work.
From the moment you arrive, you will feel nothing but excitement, its one on one attention to ease any fears you may have.
I would 100% recommend getting the video and pictures, it all goes so fast and when you get home and see how well you did, adrenaline rushes right back and you couldn’t be more proud.
Thanks to the whole team, your amazing and truly have one of the best jobs in the world.

After pulling the kids out of school to watch dad jump we were told that they would notify us on the location of the landing, something that apparently can't be told to you before you jump. After a very average introduction to what to expect we headed off in the plane. The staff undertaking the jump seemed more interested in catching up on their week end just gone between themselves not really interested in their paying customers(most who have just paid $550 for the privilege ). The jump itself was awesome but what was to follow just continued in showing the very average customer service skydive jurien bay showed. Upon landing the excitement of my kids seeing dad land was no where to be seen.5 minutes later my family show up who had gotten lost on there way to the landing site because the driver who they were told to follow didn't bother keeping them in his site. When mentioning this to the pick up driver his response was( I thought they were right behind me) very average in deed.
Upon returning to pick up my personal belonging I was handed someone else's wallet and keys that I returned shortly after realising that the bag of goodies didn't not contain my wattle etc at all. No apology or sorry for the mistake. Lucky for the other poor jumper who's wallet and other personal belongings i was handed.
To top it all off the video I had produced had the wrong name of the jumper mentioned at the start of the video and the photos that along with the video I paid $150 for I did not even get one hard copy print of a photo but left up to me to produce next time up in perth.aveage to say the least.
I know you guys seem to keep winning awards for your business but gee you really need to pick up on your customer service that was no where to be seen.
and that's how you treat LOCALYS hey. You obviosly get away with this kind of service with the backpackers who only stay for the day but gee come on we expect a little more customer service as locals especially for the amount of money you spent!!!!!!

Hi Dave, I'm sorry that our staff didn't meet your expectations, because we do care a lot and work very hard at delivering good customer service. On the first flight of the day, sometimes we can't tell spectators which landing area we will be using until the plane has taken off and measured the exact winds at 1-2000 feet, and this is done with your safety in mind. I will investigate what happened on the day with your family, but normally spectators are provided a map to get to the landing area after we get the call from the plane. As for your possessions, people mostly lock their possessions in their car, and leave us with the keys, or their friends and family spectating mind their keys while they are in the air, but we apologise for handing you the wrong possessions. As for your video, we always strongly encourage our customers to watch the video on the large screen in the office, so that if there is a spelling mistake, or some human error in the video, it can be rectified immediately. I have arranged to have the mistake corrected and a new USB sent to the address we have on file for you. Freefall photography is not the same as normal photography on the ground. The cost of your video and photos is mostly due to paying the videographer/photographer, who is often your instructor and has spent many years and much expense developing the skills required to film and photograph you whilst keeping you safe in freefall and under parachute all at the same time. So the logistics of waiting for you to choose from all 2-300 photos you receive, printing it in the size you want so you could possibly frame it in the future would make the video and photos more expensive and logistically difficult. For this reason, all skydiving operations give digital copies of all photos. We don't treat "locals" any better or worse than any other customer, and work hard at keeping everyone happy and safe in what can be a challenging environment.

Today is my best friend's 50th birthday. We decided many months ago to see it in with a bang....well a jump anyway. We booked months ago and it seems to have taken forever to get here, but today was our day. Left Geraldton at 6.30 to be in Jurien by 9am.......plenty of time for the anticipation to build. Short intro, strapped into our harnesses, a short video message and we were ready to go.........right up to 14,000 feet. Seemed to take forever to get up there, but at last it was time to open the door. Keryn jumped first and I followed - wow, what a rush! A little scary for about three seconds and then just awesomeness............the views are simply amazing. It was a beautiful day and the ocean and the beach looked simply gorgeous. All too soon it was over and we were landing in the sand...........I will definitely do this again and am even thinking that I might like to learn to fly solo. We had total confidence in the guys and never thought for a minute that our safety was in jeopardy and we were totally at ease the whole time. One less thing on my bucket list........definitely recommend this if you are looking for a once in a lifetime experience.

Took my friend for her first tandem and despite being terrified of heights, she absolutely loved it. I am an adrenaline junkie therefore not my first skydive. Jurien Skydive are a wonderful company, felt extremely safe and the tandem buddies made you feel very secure in their expertise. Highly recommended.

What can I say about this place? Absolutely second to none when it comes to giving an experience of a lifetime. From start to finish this place gets a 5 star review from me. Booked a 14,000ft jump online and travelled from Perth (around two hours). On arrival staff were pleasant, friendly and professional. We had a bit of a wait as winds were getting higher- clearly this is out with their control but safety came first. There are no food facilities onsite but IGA is across the road and there are a few places locally to grab a bite to eat and refreshments.( think they have a vending machine though)
Once winds had died down we were briefed on safety and what to do and then taken on the bus to the airfield only a few minutes away.
We requested video and photos and the instructors made this more fun.

Up we went to 14,000ft which feels even higher and well above the clouds. After a 15-20minute climb we were ready to jump.
Nothing can prepare you for the feeling of jumping out a plane but again, the instructors were brilliant. Made us feel totally safe and were funny.
After freefalling for around 60seconds the parachute opened and I took control of it for a bit.
They say it is the most beautiful landing in the world and they are not wrong! Amazing green and blue sea, white sandy beaches and amazing views!

We landed, went back to main building and waited 20mins for the video.

This place is absolutely amazing and I would go back tomorrow (if I wasn't back in Scotland now!)
They also have accommodation facilities and I highly recommend arranging to spend most of, if not the full day there.

There's also a free bus which goes from Perth every Wednesday - we drove but could be an option for some people. The weather didn't look too good on Wednesday so we didn't take the chance.

I will be back soon though and can't wait to do it again!
