Awesome beach
Apr 2021 • Couples
A stunning sandy beach which extends quite a way out when the tide goes out. Lots of rock pools for kids to play in. Can also walk the coastal path from here and at low tide can walk along the beach round to Little Haven. A couple of pubs and coffee shops along the promenade offering food and drinks observing COVID regulations. There is a Londi supermarket with quite a selection of products. There is a pay parking area with pay toilets as well.

A Pembrokeshire emerging treasure! Shussss!

Beautiful, scenic walks on the coastal path brings you to this idealic family beach, where children can play and learn on the sand, in the rock pools or frolic in the gentle surf. The vast beach is clean and the Atlantic sea is refreshing cool and clear.
The small resort is well supplied with a good supermarket and three pubs/restaurants.

Magnificent
Sep 2020 • Couples
This is one of the most amazing and beautiful beaches I have ever been on. From the cliffs it’s vista is incredible and beach is just egg timer soft golden sand.
National trust car park and reasonable so size but access down small lanes needs some care. There is a good costal path that is reasonably flat over grassland but access to the beach is via some large and quite steep steps that need a degree of agility to be fair. But worth the effort for the beach is huge and presents a a glorious open untouched space. Perfect!

Beautiful, safe beach

Beautiful, safe beach in a wide-sweeping bay. Good access. Great to watch the sunset. Local shops & pub are right on the seafront. Small, quaint and good parking.

Arrived for our weekend at Broad Haven late, got on to the beach around 6pm just as life guards were leaving..

My daughter surfed for 1.5 hrs with no one else in the water..

Beautiful location

Accessible Beach

The road runs right along a stretch of this beach which makes it convenient but having walked to more remote beaches I think thee are better places along this piece of coastline

Favourite All Day Beach at Broadhaven
Aug 2020
Several days were spent enjoying this beach during recent wonderful weather. Ample parking nearby allowed easy access to this enormous beach which was enjoyed by children and adults alike with surfing, sandcastles, football, kite flying and rock pooling all available with social distancing no problem at all. This beach is used throughout the day with many people not joining until the evening. The low tide does mean that it is a long walk to the sea for little ones! Great fish and chips from the nearby restaurants were sampled. Surfboards purchased from the local shop. Dogs were on the beach but owners were responsible. It is possible to walk from this beach around the cliff base to Little Haven to also collect coffees and the paper in the morning. Stay later to catch amazing sunsets.

Huge car park and beautiful beach
Aug 2020 • Family
Really lovely, clean beach. Huge car park - reasonably priced. Toilets as you leave car park en route to beach. Beach is massive when the tides out. Lifeguards on duty. Few rock pools at the end of the beach. One small place to purchase drinks but there was also an ice cream van on the day we visited. Clean sand which was fantastic for sandcastles.

Lovely beach.

Good size, lots of places to get away from the crowds.

Something for all, sand, sea & rock pools!

Enjoy.
