Due to moving to another location in Zutphen, which is being built momentarily. they closed the museum down months ago. Somewhat premature, I think, because the new location won't be ready until Spring or early Summer next year ( !). I think that's terrible! I...More

This is a fairly standard local history museum. There are some items related to WWII. From earlier times there are some childrens' clothes and games, some decorative dishes, some religious items, old tiles, silverware, and glassware, some paintings, and some water buckets for extinguishing fires.

This museum is very simple. The exhibition is nice but do not expect to find extraordinary things there. There you will find information about the history of the city of Zutphen.
