Noah was an absolute top guy, he was kind , thoughtful and very patient. His instructions were easy to follow. He was able to watch me to see what I needed help with, video and show me what I needed to change and made me feel safe at all times. I would definitely use Noah and Element ski school again.

My daughter (age 9) had a fantastic lesson with Dea. She was very warm, friendly and helped to give a great refresher on the technicals to boost her confidence on her first day back. Would highly recommend Dea as an instructor!

Smooth experience from start to finish, very good, fast communication. We had lessons with Michael and he was really excellent, very patient and positive. Listened to what we wanted and a really nice guy. Highly recommended.

I went on the women’s skills camp and it was absolutely brilliant. We had so much instruction and tips despite being in a group, and my skiing came along so very well. My only recommendation would be that you’re very honest about your skill set - it makes it hard for the instructors to move the group at pace if someone isn’t able to keep up. Dea and Tori handled a tricky beautifully though and we all had a great time! Surprise powder day helped!

Guy was really friendly and had a great way of getting important points and tips across. He highlighted some simple but very effective things which really clicked for me - and which still stick in my mind now. This was an introduction to off piste so we also ventured a bit off the marked runs. Conditions were quite tricky (for me anyway) in terms of visibility but Guy clearly always had safety in mind and I felt very comfortable doing it with him. Thanks Guy for a fantastic day!

We have had private ski instructors all over the US. Every once in awhile, we find them to be great at taking our group through challenging terrain and providing some feedback. However, we have never had a private ski instructor who not only did this, but knew how to push our teens and keep them challenged given their advanced level, while still allowing my wife to keep up with the group. Our guide, Tory's, instruction was spot on. She actually took the time to observe all four of us at different points and provide the 2-3 critical points that helped all of us. That is not easy given we are all advanced/expert skiiers. She also took her job of guiding/instruction seriously. We have often had private ski instructors who decide, once they realize we can go anywhere, to spend the afternoon skiing terrain they enjoy at their own pace versus focusing it on how our group wanted to spend the day. Finally, spending an entire day with a private ski instructor can be hit or miss on whether they can be annoying. However, Tory was lovely, polite, helpful at every stage, interesting and engaging. We could not recommend a private ski guide and ski school more highly!

Intelligent and tailored to personal needs, Jake has provided the best ski instruction I have experienced. Working on one or two key aspects at a time, rather than trying to remember 10 different things, his methodology was a game changer. Great results and good fun. Awesome organizational support from the Element team, juggling times and instructors for the rest of the family. I’ll be back!

Great one-to-one ski instruction from Guy and Jake. They were really good at giving "plain english", clear instructions. I learnt lots of new and helpful techniques. I am not a naturally confident skier but I felt much more confident as the week went by, thanks to them. I'd highly recommend them to others. Thanks so much!

Awesome experience with Element and instructor, Guy Ordway, in early December. I booked in with very late notice for a half day one-on-one session with Guy. Guy made me feel super comfortable and build on my limited ski experience, helped me build confidence and push through my skill boundaries over the course of the morning, setting me up well for a couple of days solo skiing in Verbier. Would 100% recommend Guy and Element for anyone who is serious about improving their skiing and I look forward to sessions with him and the team in the future.

Element Ski School were brilliant with my youngest son. He skied in Verbier 2 years ago and was scared. Again, whilst he wanted to try again, he was very nervous, but they paired him with Dan, who he quickly bonded with. In three morning sessions he went from the nursery slopes to going down blues. The following day he was doing reds with my other 2 children. That didn't do much for my heart rate, but Dan was simply the best teacher ever. Caroline was most helpful in organising the third extra day at very late notice. I cannot thank Element Ski School enough and it will live long in the memory that I skied on Christmas morning with all three children for the very first time.
