Our guide, Joel, planned a masterful trip that took in not only the breathtaking sights but also a wonderful taste of the local cheese and wine. He made every imaginable stop special and memorable. He is the king of logistics and will extend your horizons beyond Verbier. We can't wait to go back to Switzerland!

We have had the pleasure of working with Joël twice- once in 2016 and again this past February. His service and support were amazing in 2016 and this year he exceeded all expectations. Joël is professional, kind, knowledgeable and passionate about the region. Over the course of a week, he provided guidance and transportation to our family multiple times. He was responsive to all my inquiries, patient with every question and even took us on a tour of a local village on our way to Genève on our way home. Thank you Joël for ALL you did for us. We look forward to seeing you on our next trip and expanding our horizons when we return!

Joel is professional in every respect. Knowledgeable, punctual, courteous and reliable, Joel is not only a gentleman but also a wonderful tour guide. Because of Verbier Excursions, our family's visit to Switzerland was even more enjoyable, as we visited not only the major attractions but also took detours to visit hidden enclaves that only a local would be familiar with, with lots of information and answers to your questions along the way. We have fond memories still of the little pig farm! Joel is an outdoorsman as well and able to take visitors on hiking and other active excursions. I would not hesitate to recommend Verbier Excursions to all kinds of visitors.

We used Joel to transfer from Zermatt to Verbier, and again from Verbier to Geneva airport in his meticulously maintained black Mercedes Viano van. All worked flawlessly and he also passed on lots of good local tips during the drive from Zermatt so we made the most of our time in verbier.
Joel he is an interesting bloke, been to the Australian outback quite a few times with scientific and other expeditions, so time travelling with him passes effortlessly and pleasantly.
Strongly recommend his apres ski trip to the hot spa down the valley as a nice way to relax. Pools for the children as well as for adults, with steam room, saunas, cold plunge pools etc. Makes for a very welcome break for sore bodies in the middle of the week!
Can't recommend him highly enough and looking forward to using him next time we are in Switzerland.

Without a doubt, one of the most unique trips taken so far. Joel with Verbier Excusions listened to what I wanted and came thru with flying colors. My wife and I specifically asked for things to do which are out of the ordinary. And that we got. One of the highlights was riding on the snow grooming machine! Joel was super friendly, courteous, and great to hang out with. Never intrusive but always available. He even hooked us up with some local friends / colleagues of his so we can get some "local" experience (like hanging out at a local wine bar - yes, Switzerland has a wine region which is actually very good but too expensive to export - so enjoy it while you're there!). No doubt in our minds that we would utilize his company again. A++++++ all the way!

I have used Verbier Excursions for a number of years and they provide an amazing, professional and very friendly service. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. They are extremely knowledgeable, flexible and always on hand, able to change plans at last minute to assist with almost any request thrown at them.

It was wonderful being with Joel on our several excursions. Very personable and knowledgeable about our sights and many things! We truly enjoyed getting to know him and learning about Switzerland. Highly recommend Joel!

We booked the excursion to the eastern side of Lake Geneva. The bus picked us up from our hotel and took us to Chateau Chillon. That's where we met out guide who took us through the castle providing additional explanation on top of the headset self guide. Next stop was Montreux. Beautiful area to walk around and have lunch. After that it was a stop at the winery for some wine tasting. It was a full day activity. We originally had 7 people but the group grew to 18 people. The company was kind enough to find us a private shuttle that would hold all of us.

My friends and family of 6, traveled to Switzerland in June 2018. It was a trip of a lifetime. That was made possible by Joel. Joel was great with communication while trying to decide on our itinerary for 6 days. Very prompt, and had great recommendations. He picked us up in Geneva, and were with him every day. From Zermatt to Chamonix, to Gruyeres, all fantastic. He even came and took us for a nature walk on his day off. He goes above and beyond. He loves nature, and showing the best of his country. He even drove us to Monterosso Italy on our last day. I highly recommend Verbier Excursions. You won't regret it.

Joël brought a group of our patrons to the Aletsch Glacier, and he took care of every detail. From picking us up at our hotel and transporting us to the town of Fiesch, to having our lift tickets purchased in advance and making our lunch reservation at the little cabin atop the mountain, Joël made us feel like royalty on our trip. The glacier was an amazing and unique experience, and Joël went above and beyond to help those patrons who were less sure footed in exploring the various areas at the top of the mountain. We were in good hands at every step of the tour and he kept us on schedule and returned us to town on time. When we return we will be sure to use him for whatever other exciting day trips he can recommend. I wouldn't go with anyone else but Joël.
